I recently had an incredible brunch at Fork and Spoon in New Braunfels. Every single bite was a delight! We ordered a few dishes to share, including the Uma's Special, the Fork and Spoon Breakfast Classic, and the Jillian Hollandaise Benedict. All three were perfectly executed classic breakfasts, with a delicious balance of sweet and savory flavors.

Fork and Spoon has a nice cozy feel and some really good dishes. I loved the French toast and a couple of the breakfast plates and the staff was friendly. The problem is it gets super busy and the wait can be long even if you show up early. Some of the food is hit or miss. My coffee was not great and the potatoes were kind of overcooked but that was the only time I’ve visited and had that experience. Overall it is a decent place but not everything blew me away.
