Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The food is amazing, the steak burgers are delicious and affordable, their milkshakes are the BEST. Highly recommend any of their ice cream products and we enjoy their jalapeño pepper jack steak burger.

The food tastes good and the portion size is also reasonable. On the last visit I had ordered a concrete and it wasn't mixed correctly or with the paid for ingredients. The service is inconsistent and borderline rude. Their drive thru is slow but I feel like because of the food they prepare it is to be expected. Their parking lot is large and has lots of room to park. Would I go again? Yes but I don't have high hopes for the quality of service I'll receive in the future.

New Braunfels, really. Have eaten at this location before with no complaints . Not so this time . Order placing went well, and then all went south . Bad tea , no sauce offered , had to go in and wait because no sauce available in front . Ketchup dispenser was out . Girl taking everyone's order ran out of receipt tape . Finally, got some sauce and left . Will choose another location before returning to this one .

Make sure to check your orders because they won’t. I ordered carry out on the mobile app twice this week, and both times the order was entirely wrong. I ordered chicken tenders and chili cheese fries, and I got hot dogs and plain fries. This place is way too expensive to be so wildly negligent. $35 to feed me and my son… except that it didn’t. They sold me $35 of trash.

I wish there were more Freddy's around Texas. I love shoestring french fries and butter burgers and custard are SO MUCH better than regular burgers/ice cream.

Hi I’ve been coming to freddy’s for years now since my family has worked there. Now it really sucks due to the atmosphere as well as the food and quality, or lack therof. Every single time that we order food it’s missing condiments or the food is made wrong. Wish I could keep coming here but it’s wasting my money now:(

Upsetting because this is one of my favorite burger places. I loved going here until I was met with a nasty attitude and my fries were burnt twice. I thought maybe it was just an accident the first time cause everyone else’s looked fine. So I ordered another and they came out dry and dark brown. I looked over at the next persons order coming up and the fries were fresh and not brown at all. I just feel like the people that work there either hate regulars or just like to mess with peoples food. Take your business elsewhere.

I eat here all the time but this time was different. The person working at the register a middle aged Hispanic man man, possibly the manager, was so unfriendly. He definitely seemed upset he had to be there, or have to work the register I ate my food went back for a shake but after watching this employee or manager treating the customer in front of me rudely as well, I just left. I didn't want to deal with him again. He is the reason for one star. If you don't like your job, find one you do like.
