Freebirds World Burrito

I've been thinking about eating here for three years and finally went today. The place is clean and the sofa machine has plenty of choices. But the food was pretty underwhelming. My chicken bowl had virtually no taste even with hot sauce and pico. The black beans weren't even noticeable. At least the portions were nice. I'll stick with Cabo Bob's and Chipotle when I want fast food Tex Mex.

I went in there with a friend and we love this freebirds. It’s the best one yet. Andrea is the general manager there and every time I come in she knows exactly who I am. Gives the best service ever! I love this place so much. Food is so freaking good!!! Please check this one out!!

Food is fantastic and always hits the spot, however, I’d be very embarrassed if I had a general manager (her name is Mia) provide the poor, attitude-filled service that this location has.

Had a quick sit down lunch today. I love their bowls but the steak was very soggy. Still overall good visit and still love their food.

The refried beans watery it ran off the tortilla so watery and when I got my food, it was cold. I gave the guy cash at the register and he didn’t know how to make change when I kept asking him how much kept telling me the amount without the tax, then he kept saying I owe him more money and I keep asking him, I got the wrong change so this is big fat 0 for me. instead of driving the 8 miles next time maybe I should go to Taco Bell

Parking: Need more handicap parking

This is way better than chipotle.

Vegetarian options: Chorizo, all rice and beans

It's just not the same after the corporate rebrand. I miss the wild Freebirds of a few years ago where Lady Liberty was riding a motorcycle!

Very underwhelming greeting upon walking in for my online order. Zero response when I offered a friendly “thank you!!” Every other freebirds is very lively and happy to greet patrons.
Food was mostly as expected.
