Had a quick sit down lunch today. I love their bowls but the steak was very soggy. Still overall good visit and still love their food.

The refried beans watery it ran off the tortilla so watery and when I got my food, it was cold. I gave the guy cash at the register and he didn’t know how to make change when I kept asking him how much kept telling me the amount without the tax, then he kept saying I owe him more money and I keep asking him, I got the wrong change so this is big fat 0 for me. instead of driving the 8 miles next time maybe I should go to Taco Bell

This is way better than chipotle.

It's just not the same after the corporate rebrand. I miss the wild Freebirds of a few years ago where Lady Liberty was riding a motorcycle!

Very underwhelming greeting upon walking in for my online order. Zero response when I offered a friendly “thank you!!” Every other freebirds is very lively and happy to greet patrons.

Surprised I am down rating a freebirds as I have been eating there since there was only one in A&M. First and maybe last time I go to this one. Over a hour till close on a Friday night and they had all but shutdown. Had to wait for them to cook some meat up and they were out of almost everything including tea of all things. Four people working and only one, the cook , seemed to not be in a rush to close.
