These shakes and teas are the best. They are so helpful and creative actually they are shake artisans. The staff always is happy and greets you with a smile. My favorite is the Banana Pudding Shake and Mango Pom tea.
I love this place! The meal shakes taste like you are cheating but are only 150 calories! So many flavors to choose from but they are all delicious! I can’t decide which one is my favorite. The energy teas are also delicious & awesome! They give you the energy you need plus so many vitamins to make you feel great. The ladies working there are always welcoming & fun! This is one of my best discoveries I’ve found in NB!

The woman from McAllen who was working this morning was very friendly, and very patient while I looked over the long list of different flavor choices. The shake was very tasty and very filling, gave me the energy needed for the remaining 20 miles or so of my 44 mile bike ride. Will definitely be stopping by here again on my next ride!
