I ordered through Uber eats and for some reason we always end up getting something wrong with our order. Today I ordered 4 corn tacos, instead I got flour tortillas. The meat no seasoning. Last time we ate in person it was great and food is great, but everytime I order from Uber I feel like I'm getting cheaped out and not the same quality as going in person.

I have been here a few times now, it's very consistent. Good food and really nice people. I just had the Chile Relleno and it was like a home cooked meal. Never a bad thing.
Pros - food portions were generous.Cons - service was terrible. If I wanted to be ignored, I’d get a cat. Food was mediocre for price.There are too many great options in New Braunfels to return to this establishment.

My family and I came to eat here after a night out in the area but quickly realized we had a flat tire upon getting out of the car. Thankfully two men leaving the restaurant helped us get a head start, but the gentleman and woman closing up the restaurant helped save the night. They spent plenty of time using a jack and tools from their vehicle to get our spare on from the kindness of their heart when they didn’t need to. They truly saved the night. We will definitely be back to finally enjoy Guadalajara Bar & Grill and make sure to compensate them accordingly since they denied any compensation. I hope these two are recognized for their grit. We truly appreciate their kindness and can only imagine they take amazing care of the guests who dine here. As a foreigner I truly experienced some Texas hospitality and sincerely respect their service. I cannot wait to come back in the future. Please dine here if you are in the area!

Guadalajara bar and grill is a great place to grab a quick bite. They have a decent happy hour. 30% off all alcohol. The frozen margaritas are very good and strong. The food is pretty consistent. Service is always great. The setting is very casual.,Only thing that would make this place better would be colder beer and cold beer glasses.

Excellent food and service. The grilled chicken on my chicken salad was tender and had great flavor. The beef (and gravy) was tender and delicious, according to my husband. They also serve a good margarita.
