Called three H‑E‑B to get this birthday cake. I was told this cake design was up to management. Totally understand. This H‑E‑B confirmed that they could do the cake. Unfortunately i couldn’t pick it up myself otherwise I would’ve returned it right away. This looks nothing like what’s advertised on their website. Didn’t even make it home before it began to separate. Overall disappointed. I love tres leches cake.. I opted out because I really wanted the Minecraft theme. Pls pls confirm before purchasing.

called in my order for my daughter cake. she just turned 5. picked up her cake didn't look to closely at first. my first mistake. they put happy birthday Ryan. it was suppose to be Ryn. I even spelled it out for the lady who took my order on the phone and explained it was a nickname short for Kathryn. got to my bf place about 15 minutes away and one side of the cake has caved in practically and the top layer of the cake completely slid off. I drove slower and made very careful turns so this wouldn't happen. made and attempt to fix it myself lining the cake back up respreading the icing. wasn't perfect but it would have worked but a hr later I come back and it's slide off again. and smashed right back into the side of the box. extremely disappointed.

After placing a curbside order and needing to grab my daughter's cake from the bakery, my youngest fell asleep in the car. After a quick phone call, Shane in curbside came to the rescue by grabbing my cake from the bakery and adding to my curbside order. He quietly loaded the groceries (and cake) and I was able to get my toddler to nap before her sister's party🥳 absolutely made my day, thank you Shane!

I find this store to be run quite well, but I have one issue. I am a fan of the Real Ale brewing company. In particular their Lime Gose Ale, which is called Vamonos. You all used to sell it until they changed the name to Vamonos. Now it is not there! What happened?

Worst experience ever, Gwen the manager was NO help at all. I was informed to bring in a picture of what I wanted place on an edible cake sheet for my 8 yr.old sons birthday cake of a clown....They could not and refused to do as THEY said they would!!! I'll never go back to this locations bakery!
