I am new to this area and I love the store in New Braunfels and the selection but the cashiers seem to not like their jobs. Also when they are done ringing up an order they leave it and don’t bag it or even start to. I don’t mind bagging my own groceries but a little bit of help would be nice before they start ringing up another customer. Quick, to the payment and on to the next. I have not met a friendly cashier that looks happy to be there yet. Very disappointed.

I am a local in New Braunfels HEB and I shop on 306 HEB. The lines are always backed up while all of management just stands there staring at you like your stealing. They follow you around the store like a creeper meanwhile everything on the shelf is disorganized and sloppy. The organic produce is terrible and rotten, example the sweet potato look like rats 🐀 eat off of them, and they sell ONLY HEB everything. NO VARIETY. The steaks look like they are 3d printed and have terrible cuts. And Bioengineered sauce sold at the cooking counter where they are very unfriendly. It has to be the worst ran HEB.

The baked goods were not fresh we got, the pre-packaged lunch I was looking through. It had a fly sealed inside it, so I took it to the bakery counter and gave it too the lady and she acted like it was no big deal, even after I pointed it out. I told her I just didn't want anyone going home with it & getting up set. I will tell you that we love getting our sushi there every Wednesday it's always fresh and we love it. They are always clean & have tons of people working everywhere, I believe this location is very well managed. I've only been a bit disappointed in the bakery items & leery of the pre-packaged lunch meats now.

Very disappointed. I orded a cake and while beautiful, it is incredibly stale. I assumed when ordering a cake it would be fresh but unfortunately the chocolate cupcakes are so stale they're inedible.

You use entirely too many plastic bags for curbside. Every time I put a note that I will use my own bags in the still come out with plastic bags with one item in each bag. Happens over and over
