Frustrated that they do not take reservations but will not seat parties that are missing someone. We had several people in our party but one was running late. We were ion a time crunch so we were going to order for him and he would be there in time to eat. Hostess girls refused to seat any of us because we were missing one. After insisting he would not be there they then seated us leaving the late one out and they intentionally seated us on a small table so he could not join us. A couple was seated after us at a large table for 5 with extra chairs next to us. I feel that hostesses were tacky and could have accommodated us better. Next occasionwe will head to McAdoos. More accommodating for sure.

First date night here in New Braunfels and this was a great spot! It was romantic, yet casual. The food was great, not life changing, but still. The shrimp cakes appetizer stole the show. I will definitely be back for those. Only thing I didn't like, is they don't offer drink specials inside. It's only outside. So you can get up, go outside and get the drink special, and bring it back to your table. Like why not just offer the specials inside too? Odd, but not enough to deter me from coming back. Try this place at least once!

The charcuterie board was OK; we’ve had better and we’ve had worse at other restaurants. It was would not be my first pick. However, the crab cakes were very good and would be the better option. The steak was excellent and cooked to the desired texture. Their veggie sandwich was a tasty option for those looking for a meatless entree. The southern pecan cheesecake and key lime dessert were good comfort treats to end the night. The service was as great but the lighting is rather dark inside; it was hard to read the menu. It is definitely worth a visit.
