We went there last night about 8pm it took an hour and half to get our food and it wasn't packed at all every one was still waiting on their order ..and it was cold no heat.the server wasn't professional at all.yall need to get y'all's shit together.hire more people who want to work.service sucks and the food wasn't all that.

Waited for more than 10 minutes to be seated, this place was not busy at all at 9pm. When I finally was being seated, I told the waiter that their service has started off horrible and the waiter Christian responded, then what are you doing here. Christian was very rude and cocky, and should not work at an establishment where he has to serve guest. I asked to speak to the Manager at the time, I believe Chad was his name and he was appolginic but what else can he say but felt he was not sincere at all. Will never return to this Ihop. Upper management needs to address this manner with Christian.

My wife and our 2-year-old went to your restaurant around 5 PM today Nov. 24, 2025. While I was on my way there, my wife called me to say that the manager told them to leave because our toddler was having a meltdown. He was only crying—he wasn’t throwing anything or causing any harm. There were only two elderly customers in the restaurant, and they even told the manager that it was okay because “he’s just a baby,” yet the manager still insisted that my wife and our child step outside.

We completely understand being considerate of other guests, but the way the manager handled the situation was rude, disrespectful, and unnecessary. Instead of offering help, patience, or speaking kindly, she made my wife feel as if she couldn’t handle our child.

Is this really how you treat customers, especially parents who are doing their best? This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how situations like this are handled in the future.

Was able to get in when there was only one other table of customers. After a really bad few days of personal tragedies, my mom and I were able to slow things down in a calm atmosphere and enjoy our meal. Customer Service was excellent and the servers kindness was exactly what we needed during this difficult time for my family. I know it was just lunch however, being able to have a quiet, calm and kind experience helped both of us collect our thoughts. Somedays it's the nonchalant kindness of others that brings hope.

I teared up when corporate stopped their meeting to go sing a guest happy birthday. The atmosphere and energy of the workers is beyond welcoming and enjoyable. The busser, took his time to ensure every table was fully clean and literally got on his hands and knees to show how dedicated he is. Talking with every guest, who knew him by name, greeting and blessing everyone with his lovely smile. I’m from out of time but I will make sure I come out of my way to visit this location again. My server, went above and beyond. (Young Spanish gentleman with highlights) GM manager was the loudest singing happy birthday. You can tell he enjoys his job. Thank you for this experience

Saturday, 5:30 pm, go in and do body in reception, 3 minutes later someone comes out and ask if I want a table! Yes! I I’m, it was a few empty tables, so he told me that I can’t be attended bc they don’t have enough person working, literally they kick me out No👎
