I spent my entire lunch break standing in line waiting on one person behind the counter even had time to write this review while standing in line... still waiting and I feel like she knew I was waiting and getting frustrated so she took her time longer but that okay I'm here to leave a review. If you want to have an attitude because you're slow. Then I'll have an attitude.

I order from Jersey Mike's all the time, last few times, (within the last week), sandwiches were wrong I ordered 2 giants and got 1 giant 1 regular and was charged for 2 giants. I don't know if they were in training or new employees, but I never had that happen before. Now it's more frequent. Please correct this issue. Otherwise great subs.

I hadn’t been to this Jersey Mikes in a minute. Due to bad service and subs in the past. I went in today and was blown away. Kali helped us out, great service and an even better subs, even with a long line and being short staffed.

Sandwiches are good besides be soaked and soggy after the drench them in vinegar and oil. Lady that takes order is also rude and gives judgmental looks to me. Also food is overpriced.

First time visit. I was very impressed with how clean the place is. The staff were totally very attentive, and super friendly. Their working tables were exceptionally well kept and cleaned. Staff practiced good food handling techniques. Any sandwich ordered and made for you from THEIR " menu " are AWESOME! size and most importantly, the taste are absolutely worth the price!! Try (my favorites) Philly steak sandwich and the pastrami sandwich!! IT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT !! Great place to visit and eat HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My favorite sandwich spot, especially in New Braunfels. Closest thing to an East coast sub that you can get. I want to take a moment to celebrate a true sandwich artisan, Ian.
