Jersey Mike's Subs

First time visiting & eating at Jersey Mike’s. The service was excellent but disappointed in the food. The sandwich bread was not soft & scratched up my mouth as I ate. There was hardly any mayonnaise on the sandwich so the sandwich was extremely dry. They only had one selection of Lays potato chips (plain), one selection of Sun Chips (Garden Salsa) & the rest were a mixed variety of some type of Kettle Style chips which were very hard & crunchy. The sweet tea tasted odd & was WAYYYYY too sweet!

Words of note:

If you don’t like cheese, tell the person slicing the meat, they’re the ones who place meat & cheese on the bread. If you want extra mayo or on both sides, tell the sandwich maker, otherwise, they spread a very thin layer of mayo on one side. It’s not Subway, they don’t squirt it on, they spread it with a knife.

The tables, all but one, were small, two-seaters and have very little room for people to stand in line, between the line of tables & the counter, w/o saying “excuse me” in order to get up & leave. They did seem to have al fresco dining tables, however. They also did away with military discount so no discount for veterans/service members, I’m unsure about any option for a senior discount.

Our overall impression: Definitely NOT worth $30 for two med sandwiches, chips & small drinks. We get much better quality at Firehouse or even at Subway. Definitely won’t be back.

There was the sweetest young girl that made my sandwich (I didn’t catch her name, she had black hair) and she gave me a recommendation after noticing I was pregnant, made my sandwich (which was so delicious) and chatted with me! Definitely will be back

Always a great experience at the New Braunfels 306 location. Brianna was very quick and efficient and took care of all the extra add-ons for my sandwiches. Great job!

Great sandwich but for somer reason I remember it testing better years ago. This sandwich was still really good but it felt like was missing something. Something salty probably.

Thank you to the team today!! I’m pregnant and anything but a jersey Mike sandwich was making me nauseous. I called asking if there’s anyway they could make deli meat safe for my little peanut growing and they did it with 0 hesitation!! Team if you see this - I’m sure waking up for work some days feels frustrating (because we all know what that feels like) but when it feels like your work is just making a sandwich, please know you made my absolute day go from bad to good. ❤️ thank you team ❤️❤️

Just like others their cost of a sandwich ( is only 1.76 dollars) to buy, make and sell. They pass on all the labor , to their customers . It doesn't take or cost 15.99 to make a 12 inch sub. It's cheaper to pack a lunch for blue collar.

I am an over-the-road truck driver from South Carolina and I happened to be parked at the truck stop next door to this Jersey Mike’s location. I went in and was warmly welcomed and serviced by Maximilian and his colleague Elliot who were very friendly and professional. This is by far the best Jersey Mike’s location I have ever been to by far! I wish all retail establishments had this level of courtesy and hospitality!

My husband went to go pick up our food we ordered online. Well the chips weren’t in the bag but did we find out? Not before Maximus came running out with them profusely apologizing to my husband. My husband wants to relay that he saved him from having an upset and disappointed wife. Definitely recommend
