First time at this location and it was pretty good I got the ultimate Italian with a lettuce wrap and my husband got the chicken bacon ranch wrap but they messed up and put it on bread toasted. However, other than the mess hap - it was good

Jimmy johns is delicious. They are fast, fresh, and filling. The only difference at this one compared to San marcos is if you want anything extra you have to ask for it, it is not on display.

I love the experience and service that I've received the last few times I've come in. The staff is friendly the gentlemen making the sandwiches welcomed me with an excitement to help and make my order. Order was made and ready before I had the chance to pay. It was FREAKY fast and good. Thanks for going above and beyond. I highly recommend!

WORST SERVICE EVER. LAST WEEK TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO DELIVER, TODAY I CALL AT 130 TO ORDER, AT 225 I CALLED THE STORE FOR AN UPDATE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS ALREADY DELIVERED. WHEN I EXPLAINED I DIDNT RECEIVE IT, HE SAID WELL IF YOU WANT IT NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY WITH A CARD SO I CAN UBER EATS IT BECASUSE WE DONT HAVE ANY MORE DRIVERS. I EXPLAINED I ONLY HAD CASH AND STILL WANTED MY ORDER AND HE SAID IF YOU ARENT PAYING WITH CARD IM CANCELING YOUR ORDER AND HUNG UP

The employees are rude and contemptuous at best or down right jerks at worst. Every time I come in it feels like I'm inconveniencing them with my order. Jimmy Johns tastes good, but the treatment I get from their employees at this location and many others always leaves me feeling like I just paid someone to be a jerk to me.

Terrible delivery service placed an order early before noon received at their store at 11:28 because I only have a 30 min lunch and it was 12:30 and still waiting for it !! There went my lunch ! If I would’ve known I would’ve done a DoorDash instead never fails !! So much for the driver tip worthless !
