Haven't eaten at KFC for decades. Chicken was very greasy and coating was sopping wet, even opened the box to prevent. Staff were nice. However quality and presentation highlt lacks for better words. Will not go back.

Everything we received was warm and tasty, but we were missing a full kids meal, drink, and all sauces. We only had three items ordered so I am a little worried regarding the lack of attention. When I called they told me they had to “write down my name and I could come and get my missing items next time,” which is a big pet peeve of mine in the food industry because it is usually a way to ensure they don’t really have to make it right. 🙄Disappointed in this location.

Anything with original recipe is great. Sometimes the chicken parts are a little greasy but the tenders with original recipe are always great. The secret here is to get whatever is the special. That will save you loads.

I went through the driveway with MORE than 30 minutes before closing and tried to order the “famous bowl” and the girl there told me that they didn’t have any of the items in that bowl to make it. So i asked what they had.. and they said they only had chicken on bone. With 20+ items on the menu and more than 30 minutes, the only reason that you wouldn’t have anything else prepared is laziness. Would rate 0 for 0 effort, but that’s not an option. Just terrible. First and Last time.
It is so cold in here that my teeth are chattering (it is 53 degrees outside and warmer than in the restaurant.) I saw one couple have to go get their coats out of the car and bring them in and put them on. And when are restaurants going to realize the HUGE inconvenience it is for your customers to have to place a dine-in order at a stupid screen? Slows everything way down and has zero human interaction or personalized service. Love the chicken, but I'll either use the drive-thru or go to Popeye's next time.

The service sucks, I used the app and it told me my order would be ready at 6:45. It was 7:45 and my order was not ready. I went up to ask what was happening with the delay and no one could help me, not even the manager came out to give me the reason or the face, they delivered my order at 8, it really is a horrible place, don't come here again for the wait it's stupid
