We are here at 6:30pm They want us to pull up and wait for the chicken to be done. They don’t have any dark meat chicken. There are 5 other cars waiting. Of course we can’t leave because we already paid. Not happy.

I have gotten chicken puddled in brown grease before but most of the time it’s good. The dine in experience is horrible. The music inside is so loud that you cannot converse with someone sitting right next to you. If you ask them if they could turn it down, they say yes, but never do. The restaurant is most always dirty. Tables need wiped and garbage picked up off the floor. This is the only KFC in New Braunfels. We deserve better.

Stopped to grab 2 tender boxes, one 5 piece with the Cheddar Gravy and one 3 piece with white gravy. There wasn't even enough gravy to dip one strip in in both meals.

If you want a scraping of gravy, this is your place!

Also was over charged by 10 dollars, they did fix it, but pay attention to your receipts.

First - it cost me nearly $14 for a 2 piece meal!!!! A couple of years ago I would be able to get this meal for around $10!!!

2nd - root beer is the only soda I ever drink. When I went through the drive through I tried to order a root beer and was told that they don't provide that at the drive through, even though it's on the ordering screen. It's only available inside.

3rd - the girl taking my order asked me to wait 3 times before taking my order. I was wondering why the car in front of me was taking so long. Now I know.

4th - she had an attitude and acted like I was a burden.

5th - after paying for my order I was told that it would be another 15 minute wait and to pull forward. When I pulled forward 3 other cars were waiting on their order and the one after me was also asked to move forward and park.

6th - while at the drive through window I noticed 3 other employees just standing around talking to one another. None of them were working. No wonder orders were backed up.

7th - when I got home the mini lemon Bundt cake that I ordered and paid for was not included in my order.

Horrible customer service. And you wonder why you are losing business to Chick-Fil-A. This is why! I will not be returning.

Very disgusting food went though drive thru on 306 in New BraunfelsTx at 1:00-2:00 o’clock on 10/20/25 drove home n was shocked at the chicken it appears to under the heat lamps more than 3 hours, very small pieces like left over pieces of chicken sure in the hell not worth the price they charged for 8 pieces it was very greasy also I had to throw it out very unbeatable if I didn’t live over 40 minutes away I would took it back n shoved it in the mangers face n demanded my credit card be refund this kind of chicken is uncalled for as a business n a disgrace. If u want good chicken don’t waste ur money at kfc there is plenty of better chicken place to purchase ur chicken

Horrible. I've been eating KFC for 40 years. Never experienced this garbage until I came to this location.
The breading was dark brown, soggy, saturated in oil and smelled like all the French fried they've cooked over the past week.
The chicken inside was dry as could be. Firm, not tender, and cold. I'll pay for the fries and slaw but I seriously want a refund on my chicken. How can you sell this with good conscience? You should be ashamed. No wonder there were no customers. I truly hope this location closes it's doors for good... But not before I get a refund.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them 10 chances and they have failed 8 times. I paid for my order online and I get there and find out they don’t have 2 out of 3 items and wanted me to order something else. I didn’t want anything else and they can’t give me my money back. That was their last chance. This location needs new management. How can they run out of potpies by 7:00 pm.
