Just rode by... Didn't stop.

Recently camped River Road and didn't get camp setup until after dark. We stopped at Koozies for drinks and a bite to eat just before close. Rather them be annoyed by our late show, they were more then accommodating. Amanda and their staff were nothing less then amazing while being hospitable at the same time. I cannot recommend this little spot enough. We will be frequenting this place every time we come back to River Road to camp. Thank you all again for a great experience!

The food was sub par and not remarkable. The drinks were good but slow service. The music was enjoyable but the parking lot needs help.

Koozies had a great atmosphere. It was a bit slower for a Saturday night and there was a 10.00 cover charge. I would have to say that they did have a live band who was very good. They played popular songs and they sounded great. After the band finished they had karaoke with the Dj. That was fun and entertaining. So all in all the show and entertainment part of the night went well. Moving on to the bar, staff was polite and tended to the customers very well. Drinks were good. I would have liked to see an over the top drink or something to give a bit of excitement to the bar but they did a good job. I did want to order food and didn't ,I have heard the food is really good. There's always next time. So Koozies is comfortable and casual, I would recommend it. Its a great place for you to meet up with friends and have some drinks or bring your date by to see some live music and dance a little.

Fun place to hang out. A bit hot in the summer as there is no Air Conditioned areas to sit. Room to dance, DJ not bad, beer is cold!

I never thought I'd eat a full half pound burger, but I really wanted that sourdough bun. I ate every bite. Onion rings were great too. Wasn't expecting much because it's river food, but it was freaking delicious. Stop by after your float down the Guadeloupe.
