Upsetting to learn Krauses can close your tab even while you are there before closing and charge you 20% on top of your tab... I went to close my tab before closing around 9:30pm to be told that my tab has been closed even though the business does not close till 10 pm and with a large party tip added to the tab.
My night of taking my wife out for a German dinner was ruined by their greed of deception.
It was not even announced of a closure to finalize tabs.

Our last night with dear friends before they travel home we went to Krause’s. Very disappointed in the Rueben’s~ bread dry and sauerkraut dry as well and no Swiss cheeses.Certainly not what we expected ~
Never had a bad meal or experience at Krause’s. Highly recommend if you want authentic German food.
