First time I ever experienced racism in a Laredo Taco place!! The cook was by himself, I understand that. All the food was in display and a lady had purchased some tacos. We asked if they were open already and he said no. He wasn’t serving yet. I never expected this.

The tacos were some of the best I have had until recently. This morning as we tried ordering a simple order of four bean and cheese tacos with only two of them with potato, the employee did not understand our order. After repeating our order to her politely for about 5 minutes, she finally understood us but unnecessarily raised her eyebrows and shook her head with attitude. I was in disbelief and ready to leave. Terrible customer service.

I edited my review due to wrong location. This location however, they're staff usually rushes to push out food earlier than needed. They serve lunch items by 9:30-10am and the food is old/hard/mushy by lunch time. Always something wrong with food so, stopped going to this location. Very rarely do you come across a Laredo Taco Company that won't let you down on your order in some way or another.

Told me after I got my tacos that they haven't made any salsa. Cheese wasn't melted. Corn tortillas we're just opened and not heated
