DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

This specific location seems to only be able to hire people who absolutely hate their job and their customers. Theres no reason you should wait for 30 min to get one taco when you are the only one in line, or have to put up with terrible customer service as a paying customer. The tacos are inedible and the local health department should be taking a look into this spot. go outside and over to tres hermanos food truck for actual food.

Horrible food! Horrible customer service! Eggs had Crunchy bits..not sure if it was shell or just that the eggs were so OLDDDDD! I took 2 bites, checked the other tacos and they were all crunchy and old. Sooo dry! I had to throw all 3 tacos out! The tortillas were super thick and in no way fresh! First and LAST time I will EVER go to the store or this Laredo! Gross!

I placed an order this morning to be delivered via door dash at 430 pm.... the people at the restaurant made the order immediately and told the dasher they could not remake it when she arrived to pick up my food.
The Manager was very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. It was not my fault the people at the restaurant made the order when it was placed and didn't read the fact it was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon.

I've ordered here through Doordash three times so far, and the food is always delicious. Just had some pork and chicken tamales today, and they are yummy too. Smaller than I expected, but i appreciate less calories. Great prices and great delivery. Plan on stopping in at Speedway soon.

Customer services store #41896. Manager Maricalla is horrible and very racial profiling . I never out my 42yrs and 14 yrs customer services never been treated the way she did. I have experienced her treated other ppl (Black male) wrong but her ethical very well off respect. I wish someone would Just reach out. or go uncover and watch how she treat customer of a different racial. I know nothing will be done. I can keep spending the word on social media. A platform for sure. ...

I don't usually look at reviews because I like to have my own experience... but sadly the reviews that have one star are absolutely true. Last week I visited this place and I ordered two tacos, and I was the only one in line.. and it took almost 20 minutes. I asked about three or four times if it was done yet, and by the fourth time I had asked, the lady snapped at me and told me "no you'll have to wait". She had a really nasty attitude. And the food was not even that good it's sort of reminding me of something I could have bought at Taco Bell but ten times more salty..... and there was not even any sauce or anything in the bag no utensils or napkins or anything... bad food and bad customer service. I will definitely not be going back.

I don't usually make reviews but this one is a very special case, my mom brought me this plate I think it was a tradition bowl and the moment I ate it I was spitting it out like Kirby on Smash Bros. the beef was so salty I couldn't even eat the whole thing!I threw and spit it out the trash after that I went and grab water, chug three those bad boys and than I told "my mama next time you buy food from a restaurant you better check how many review stars it had!"My Goodness, I never had a beef so salty in my life!!
