Always takes a long time to get your order and never has any Hot n Ready pizza. Can be crowded but even phone in takes a long time.

The absolute worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to, every time I go there for a “HOT AND READY” it’s at least a 20 min wait do not advertise something you clearly cannot do, At that rate you can go to any other pizza place and get a pizza faster. the only reason to go there is for the convenience of it being hot and ready

If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible service, an employee decided to tell his manager a lie then decided to get loud with me for not reason.. young man know your place, and the manger did nothing but watched. Clearly unprofessional, this was the first time I’ve been back to this place in 3 years. Never again.. Im not sure how you plan to stay open with no customer service. Then the worst part is to serve me food that fell on the floor. SMH

Just a horrible place for service. They make "hot and ready" a joke here. Last night I ordered pizza puffs 2 hours in advance and received a 7:45 pickup time. Arriving them I was told it would be 5-8 minutes late. Finally at 8:10, it was loaded into their pizza portal. How they can they be 25 minutes late when they had the order 2 hours in advance???
I asked them what the issue was, and they shrugged and noted that they are a little "short staffed." In other words, they don't care.
