Little Caesars Pizza

Just a horrible place for service. They make "hot and ready" a joke here. Last night I ordered pizza puffs 2 hours in advance and received a 7:45 pickup time. Arriving them I was told it would be 5-8 minutes late. Finally at 8:10, it was loaded into their pizza portal. How they can they be 25 minutes late when they had the order 2 hours in advance???

I asked them what the issue was, and they shrugged and noted that they are a little "short staffed." In other words, they don't care.

Whoever made the pizza yesterday it was the best looking and tasting pizza ever it was so perfect, everything was placed with care, cooked perfectly as well.

I ordered on the App and I had to cancel my order because it was about 1 hr and half of waiting.
It’s not the first time that happens

Ordered takeout and got there within 10 minutes, and I was given a pizza that was at least an hour old from sitting in the warmer. Roy Richard location all day, this location is trash 🗑

1st order from this location - Over 30 minutes late, order was incorrect and arrived ice cold. We had to reheat everything. Gave them a second chance...2nd order - Over 30 minutes late, order was incorrect and arrived ice cold. Will never order again, especially when you pay on average $20 extra for delivery. One would expect it to arrive at least warm...So sad the corporate pizza places don't give a damn anymore. Sticking with local businesses from here on our for that extra $20.

Ordered a pizza and got a rock. Seriously the pizza was hard and cold. Looked like old ingredients were used. Called in and requested a new pizza but was given $3 back for the inconvenience. Sadly this is not the first time getting bad food. Won’t be returning
