It's one of our favorite places to go. Food is always good, and there are plenty of drink options. The staff has always been professional and friendly. The only negative is some days, it gets extremely packed, so orders tend to take longer. It's to be expected, though.

This place make you feel alienated from the get go.... so don't go.... you won't enjoy it.Do you weigh almost 300 lbs.? Well you only get 3 beers......have you been drinking for over 30 years? Well you only get three beers..... did you walk here from a mediocre motel? Well you only get 3 beers.... I wish those 3 beers were accumulative, however, like their service they are not.I've been to bars and have drank 3 liters or axis, this place cut me off after 1.5 liters.....-1/10 Jesus would never recommend hanging out with garbage bartenders.GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

The food has been good but service has seriously gone downhill and not for lack of staff. 3 different tables sat waiting. 4 different servers passed us by with zero acknowledgment at all so after 10 minutes and the 7th or 8th time someone looked straight at us and passed us by we left.

We tried to go here for dinner with 6 people. They only had tables to seat 4. We asked if we could put to tables together and were told yes. Then once we sat down we were told we couldn’t. They then suggested we sit on the couch and eat dinner off the coffee table. When we said no they had no other suggestion. I’ll never go back. So rude and unhelpful.

I am giving a single star in hopes that the management will fix a terrible policy. Lucy Coopers is a great addition to New Braunfels with creative food and a nice sports bar atmosphere. The problem is that if you ask for a water they bring you a 5 ounce cup! I guess they are trying to be cute since they "sell" drinks, but come in, this is Texas and everything is bigger except these water glasses. The place should encourage designated drivers and not burden their busy staff with constantly filling these tiny glasses. Otherwise it is a great place.

The biggest take away is that this place is stupid expensive. It’s a bar. It’s shouldn’t cost two guys $175 for a couple beers, burgers and 2 apps. For that reason alone I won’t go back. Water cups being shot glasses is dumb, bring regular sized water cups so my conversation with my company doesn’t have to be interrupted every 3 minutes. Bacon was good and waitress was also.

Stopped in to check the place out, didn't notice until I was almost done with my drink that the glass was dirty. Tried to wipe it off with a napkin, but it was crusted to the glass.
