I DO NOT know who works nights here but the staff needs to seriously need to be retrained. When I walked inside the room was hot and had fog on all the windows. The lady working had an attitude and was trying to rush me. I asked for a chocolate cup and she rudely looked at me and remarked if I wanted any ice cream with that. She then proceeded to mess up my order! I asked for two different flavors and she only gave me ONE. I asked if the almonds were crushed and she said yes and then put whole almonds on the top, and did the same for sprinkles. She didn’t mix anything in! Probably because the counter with cluttered with things! And on top of everything she only gave me one of my flavors so it was a terrible experience. Late night ice cream turned into a late night nightmare. Fix the night staff please. Wish I could get my $10 back! 01/26/2025

These girls were so rude. They do not say you’re welcome or say goodbye when I did. The customer service needs to be better. This is unacceptable, knowing the people who I have came back for because of the good atmosphere, and now coming into this? This is absolutely ridiculous. Mean looks were given to me, and no response when we say goodnight and thank you. I will not be coming back here because of the rudeness and bad customer service.

On July 12 I went in wanting some ice cream and had a awesome experience with Mik and Maddie they had awesome customer Etiquette but on the other had the girl named lexi was on her phone not out of customer view with her hands in or at least on her mouth and she did not wash her hands after touching her face or phone I found it very disturbing and Disgusting please do something.

This place use to be awesome! In store never had issue, everyone was great and the food was perfect. We’ve done a handful of online orders now and our mix-ins are never included. We get maybe 1 of the 5-6 available that we choose online. Not sure what the issue is but will go elsewhere for our online orders.

We moved from Richmond, TX, and loved Marble Slab but often they were a little dirty. Since moving to New Braunfels, we have been to this Marble Slab several times and always leave happy. It is always super clean and the people are super kind.

We had the cookies & cream birthday cake & cheesecake ice cream, very creamy and delicious. Customer Service by Jenny was wonderful.
