Picked up pizza tonight and it looks great and my order was correct. The person behind the counter was awesome. Helped even me when I brought a coupon meant for another location. Super helpful in this hard time for me. I will be buying from here again with and without coupons!!

Definitely a reason to need to be able to put 0 stars. Two people quit while there tonite waiting on pizza. Watched two pizzas roll off the line and hit the floor. Needless to say didn’t get my pizzas and no one was there to refund my money since the “manager walked out”. Avoid at all costs.

Pizza might be good but just be prepared to wait. Ordered beforehand for a specific hour? Be ready to wait more than half an hour for your food. Its honestly ridiculous, the service has gone down the drain in the last two months.

Update: After waiting for an hour they decided to refund everyone waiting for their pizza. Its honestly shameful and ridiculous. At this point they are better off closing this branch if they don't fix their staffing problem or whatever it is causing the delays. Like I said, this is not the first time we have to wait a ridiculous amount for our food that was ordered for a specific time. Shameful.

Update of the update: my pizza was actually ready and they didnt even noticed until they were about to give us the refund. And one of the pizzas is missing the ham lmaoooo

Very disappointed in this location. Ordered 2 pizzas and a salad for a later pickup almost 4 hours ahead, and somehow still got it over an hour late. The shop seems VERY understaffed. Enough so that the team seems tense towards each other and are too busy to take new orders from walk-ins. I'm not one to gripe much, and do like the pizza, but lately it feels like you're rolling the dice coming here. Hopefully they make some fast and efficient changes to stay afloat.

Update: I contacted the store like the comment suggested. They never responded. That tells me they dont care about making things right. Their comment was jiat for show.

I have been ordering from this location since it opened and today was the worse service I have ever received. They were busy but disorganized. Pizzas were made sloppy with barely any toppings. I've never had a large that looked like a medium with thick crust edges. I understand businesses get busy but give an accurate time frame when your going to complete my order and dont sacrifice quality for speed. Fix your tracker. If I would have known it was going to take over 2 hours for my pizza I would have ordered from somewhere else.

Placed an order and got there when my email said it would be ready. I rely on the emails estimated time since their tracker never works. When I got there I was told they were busy and that my order will be out within 30 minutes. About 1 hour 30 min later my first pizza was out of the oven. About 30 minutes later my second pizza was done. In between my two pizzas at least 2 other orders were ready. Didnt receive any type of apology from the manager or supervisor.

Last night was my first time at Marcos Pizza. We ordered the pepperoni pizza with hot honey and just let me tell it is my new favorite pizza. The crust was seasoned with garlic butter and Parmesan, the toppings were great and plenty of cheese. The service was amazing and Paul the manager was very friendly and showed a lot pride in their pizza. It’s our new go to place for pizza.

Light sauce ordered - regular sauce received.
Cheese sticks ordered as advertised on website - received burnt cheese loaf (not even sticks).

Seems to be going downhill. Food and service were good when they opened. Today, the chicken club didn't have much chicken. There was no sauce to go with the pizzoli. Girl at counter told me I couldn't park in the fire lane because the was for the delivery driver? Very disappointed.

Customer service is so rare these days it seems, I had to give a shout out to the staff that went above and beyond. I was actually door dashing and lost my service and couldn’t complete my order. It wasn’t even for Marco’s, but they were close by so I stopped in to see if they had Wi-Fi I could connect to. They didn’t have a guest password yet, but the young lady at the front offered a mobile hotspot on her cell phone for me. My phone eventually started working and I ran out of there before it disappeared, but I was really touched by her willingness to help me, especially when I wasn’t even there for them! I didn’t catch her name, but I had come in around 7:30pm on 4/28/25. Please thank her for her outstanding service!!
