I’ve ordered from this restaurant numerous times and on multiple occasions my order has been wrong and the staff honestly could care less. Today I ordered one regular large pepperoni and a large hot honey magnifico when I called the store to ask what the difference was. They said one of the pizzas has smaller pepperonis and honestly, I can’t tell the difference. I tried one slice of pizza out of each and there is no flavor difference either.

I love this place. I've honestly never had any issues, but I only ever order pick up or to go. However, please retrain your crew members on basic food handling procedures and what not to do behind the counter. Like the blonde girl with the long hair letting her hair down and messing with it to put it back up. And then not going to wash her hands. For one, that shouldn't be done in kitchen area. That's done in the restroom. Second, WASH YOUR HANDS. I don't care if you're just packing up delivery orders and taking them out. Or the employees eating brownies behind the counter in full view of everyone and grabbing their legs and touching their faces. Aren't you all supposed to have food handler certificates?

Honestly, this place started out so great. The pizza showed up on time or early but know it seems a bit slacking. The manager or whoever answers the phone is always nice but be prepared to start getting you pizza late. The past two times I have ordered the pizza has been late. This last time they put delivered on the tracking and the pizza was not even at my house. I called and spoke about what happened and was told my pizza was on the way but why say it was delivered when it wasn’t? Also, with my order being almost 30 minutes late it wasn’t even right. I think it’s time to find a new place.

Food tasted good but we did not recieve what we ordered. We wanted just a large pepperoni however the crew member convinced us to do a 2 topping to recieve a discount so we added grilled chicken. Got home and no pepperoni just chicken.

My last order took over 40 minutes past the expected time. The employees were working hard and it was busy but I saw multiple people who had ordered well past my time picking their orders. After waiting 30 minutes I asked the person at the front counter and was told one of my orders was done in error. I am glad they cared enough to redo it and not just give me bad pizza. But I have avoided this location in the past due to poor food quality and taste I will have to go to a different location moving forward. I even tried to provide feedback and the website just directs me to create a new order.

It would be nice if you could clearly say if your open or not for Christmas, when I Google you it says your open but on the same page scrolling down it says Christmas might affect these times? Are open or not? When u call you should just put on your automated message that your closed today,not advertising and leaving me on hold,I had to try ordering online and finally I got a clear answer, your closed today, I know pizza on Christmas? But this wasn't planned it was a emergency, thanks for waisting my time
