Today was my first time trying this place. I stopped in with my grandma after a long tense day. The waiter was absolutely top tier. So friendly, kind, inviting and make the whole experience wonderful. He deserves a raise. He was very attentive, kind, and made sure our dine in experience was wonderful. will be going back to this location.

Don’t order through McAlister’s online. I went through McAlister’s website and ordered delivery. They automatically contract the delivery out to Uber. Our order was delivered with an item missing. Called the store and they won’t offer a refund of missing item because “they don’t deliver” (except they do, it’s an option on McAlister’s website. They choose to contract through Uber). There is no option to contact Uber about the missing items because I placed the order through McAlister’s online, not through Uber.

I ordered a Southwest Salad today and paid $2.49 to add bacon. When I looked at the salad, the bacon was maybe the size of a quarter! I told the lady that I added bacon, and that there was livery little on there. I showed her and she stated that was the proportioned amount she was supposed to put on there. What a rip off.($15.67 Southwest Salad)

Cute little sandwich place! I love getting the lemonade tea it’s amazing! They mix it themselves so make sure it’s actually half and half. I’ve tried the basic sandwich and it wasn’t too bad. They also give u a pickle with your order!

Amazing food when they can get the order correct. Haven’t been here in a few years because of it. Thought we’d give them another chance, all new people same problem. If you modify what you’re ordering expect them to get it wrong. It’s very disappointing because the food really is good.
