I really like the Savannah Chopped Salad. It has generous amounts of almonds, blue cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, dried cranberries and chicken. (Though it's really not a chopped salad). I also tried the chili (which was bean free). It was good, but could have used some toppings (onion, cheese). I love that they have Diet Dr Pepper and are nice enough to come around to offer refills. It's good to see they are fully staffed again.

I've only been disappointed once here. I ordered a salad that comes with fresh avocado, however the slices were black not brown or green.

Super place! We stopped by late one night, and it was almost closing time. We ordered to go but the staff appeared ready to leave and gave that "hurry up and order already!" Vibe. Otherwise, it was great.

So i came into Mcallisters new Braunfels for lunch and when i tell you the service was Amazing. it was AMAZING!! i didn’t catch her name but the lady (blonde ) was so sweet and patient taking our order. and not even five minutes after ordering we got our meal. the food is always immaculate and the best way to end the meal is with a cookie. so i go up to order one and she is super sweet and covers the cost of the cookie from the kindness of her heart! bless her!!
This location on 46 near HEB has been severely understaffed since 2020. The wait times are extremely long sometimes taking 45 mins or longer. The owner of this location is failing the staff by not having more people available to work. This use to be my number one spot but now I have to go with Chick-fil-A as the wait time is a faction of the time. Issues are fixable with the right leadership.

Very slow the food was good but had to wait a long time. The bathroom wasn't very pretty and the faucet was spiting hard.

This is our 2nd attempt coming here. The first time, service was unbelievably slow. It's been a year and probably our last time here. We got here shortly after 11am and served our food at 11:45. And for a sandwich. We watched people come in and stand in line for 20 minutes and watched them walk out without ordering. You can't come here during your lunch hour as it takes way too long. They are VERY short staffed!

They need more employees to better serve their customers. I know this is a problem especially after covid. Took fourth minutes to get our food. Floors have always been sticky here. Food was not as good as it has been in the past.
