Worst service ever!!! Ordered on the app and when I came to pick it up no one answered the intercom. Has to drive up to the window to a girl on her phone then ignored me when trying to get her attention. I had to honk my horn then she looked me and walked away smiling!!! WTH! Them finally opened the window and didn't understand when I said I had a mobile order. She told me to drive up to the reserved spot. By the time I got my food for me and 4 kids it was cold!!! Never coming here again!!!

Ordered a spicy chicken burger that they charge five dollars for that wouldn’t even fill up an eight year old. They use the smallest and cheapest ingredients. My advice is to pay the same price for a higher quality chicken sandwich that’s THREE times bigger at Chic-fil-A right down the street. Don’t give McDonald’s your money. It’s not worth it.

Super slow on online orders. Staff seems very un organized and doesnt seem to care. Very un motivated
This morning stopped in to use restroom, and meet the manager in restroom. I was polite to her and said good morning. Unfortunately I was not treated the same way 😕 , she gave a disgusting look after she looked me up and down. I was shocked to be treated like that.

Quick and easy
If you work in customer service, you should know how to treat people. If you don’t like dealing with the public, then find a job where you don’t have to work around other people. When someone pulls up or walks in and speaks to you politely, you don’t get to throw an attitude back at them like they’re your trashcan or the person you’re mad at. I’m not the one.
Second, I don’t know when the last time was that you cleaned the filters for your drinks, but they taste straight-up like dirt. That’s disgusting, and I’ll be calling OSHA about it.
Here’s the bottom line:
• Fix your customer service and teach your employees respect.
• Stop hiring kids who don’t care about the job.
• Clean your equipment, because serving dirty drinks is unacceptable.
This is exactly why you keep getting bad reviews — because you treat customers like garbage and don’t keep things clean.

The other day I was in the area and decided to grab a quick bite, ordered 3 McChickens and they were way past their hold time. Tasted dry and stale so I had to throw them away. It was around 3pm. The service wasn’t any good either. 👎

I had the worst experience this weekend, placed my order thru drive through. Paid at 2 nd window 3 rd window received order wrong asked for them to fix. Manager Maggie said I needed to go around the drive through line again. Completely unprofessional, they made the mistake and didn’t even apologize and nor took any steps to immediately resolve their fault!!! Even attempted to charge me again !!If you want poor service come here ask for Maggie clearly she’s an expert of lack of professionalism !! If you don’t like your Job find another one Maggie..…
