Took over an hour to recieve food. Staff mixed up order and is unfriendly and arrogant. Gave me nuggets which had been sitting for over an hour. Wouldn’t recommend

I'm not impressed with this location. The order was assembled coffectly but the food wasn't super hot when I got it. I also ordered pancakes and didn't get any butter. The girl at the window was kind of grumpy and was quick to shut her window. I know it's McDonald's but I feel like if I'm spending money somewhere the service requires at least a little more personal interaction not just tossing food out the window and me driving off.

They close early often, tonight they closed early and when I pulled up to the window to place my order, they told me they had a limited menu and when I asked if they could do any items, they said their manager wouldn’t let them. Long line of cars waiting to be helped.

The worst curbside I’ve had at any restaurant.
I just ordered a simple double cheeseburger 10 minutes out. When I got there did the normal stuff, pull in a curbside spot and enter the number. Then sat there for another 25 minutes waiting, and finally walked inside found out they never even made it. Then when I’m 10 minutes away I opened it up to eat it and find out they didn’t even give me the right food.
I’ve never reviewed anything before and this pissed me off enough to write a review

Slowest mcdonalds I've been to in my life we waited for 45 minutes before we even got our drinks let alone our food and all the people in the back do is screw around and laugh rather than making people's food

Girl at the window rude and didn't take our order for I don't know how long and then had the nerve to not answer us when we asked if the lane was closed then ignored us then took the order from the person behind us when we got our receipt 😡😡 like McDonald's needs to get better people

My mobile orders were ready to go on the counter the moment I arrived but the buns and pickles were very dry and stiff. There also wasn't any table service. You also have to ask for condiments and drink refills. The decorating was nice and the interactive table was pretty cool though! The second order of fries we got was very fresh.

Great service from Carolina Ortega the cleaning person. I was waiting several minutes and the front attendant was distracted but Carolina was there and help me get the missing condiments. she was friendly and well help.

The employees are nice but overwhelmed. Every time I come here, there is always an issue. Whether it be 30+ minute wait times, wrong orders, or the app not working, you can bet your bottom dollar on a problem. I just now had to go inside to fix my order, which I have to do every time, and overhead a manager saying, "Can't you read, it says no onion." Mind you, I HAD ordered a mcdouble with no onion for my gf, and they had given me 10pc mcnugget instead. The poor woman he was yelling at was pregnant and could hardly breathe with how much she was running around. The employees do the best the can, but I feel this location is too busy, and they need another location nearby.

Came thru the drive thru ordered a Mc rib ad extra sauce and cheese, the guy at the second window had an attitude over really nothing and then they messed my order up and gave me a plain sandwich and then told me to come in with in a week to replace…..they charge 35 cents for sauce and cheese each. With the prices going up this is uncalled for
