Waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers. Finally got my order and food was missing. Pretty sure the staff has reading problems as this is a common occurrence for this location. AVOID this location

I'm very disappointed in how McDonald's has changed over the years. Little by little they completely remove the McDonald's worker and put more of the burden on the patron (us). There's no napkins accessible, no ketchup or condiments accessible, and now they've even taken the soda machine away from us.
All of the McDonald's employees are hidden back behind a wall and working feverishly to keep the drive through moving. I have to order on a kiosk that has limited options and zero flexibility. I can't refill my own drink and the pickup window is completely surrounded by Uber Eats delivery drivers waiting for orders.
I will always opt for the Chick-fil-A model where all of the condiments, napkins, and other necessary items are accessible. Workers are always available and walking around asking if I need a refill.

I can’t comment on the food because we never got it. Ordered it at 12:09 pm and had to get a refund at 12:51. My order total was 37.97 so it wasn’t that big of an order. Disappointed since my whole lunch break was wasted waiting for food that was never received. Was supposed to order for the coworkers but never got it. Is this even fast food? Lol

I ordered a happy meal and got a lukewarm cheeseburger, no fries and the cheeseburger had what I’m guessing is a piece of bacon inside. I had to ask for the drink because they forgot to hand it to me. Last few times have been a bad experience with food and service.

Save your money. I ordered a regular cheeseburger, small fry and a iced coffee. It all went to the trash. Burger had unmelted cheese, burnt stale bread and looked like it had been sitting around getting warmed for a long time. Fries were cold, no salt and tasted like the grease they were cooked in hadn't been changed in weeks. The iced coffee was basically ice milk watered down. I know it's McDonalds and the bar us pretty low but trust me, never again.
