Ordered two pizzas online, got home with my pizzas, and the orders were wrong. When I got back to the restaurant, I spoke with team leader Gibson, and he argued that the pizza was right even though ingredients were, in fact, missing and clumped together. The other pizza had the missing ingredients on it, so that's "understandable." Sometimes, this can happen. Where I go out of my way to leave this review it is due to the service, Gibson had a terrible attitude and when my pizzas with the right ingredients were going to be placed in the oven Gibson touched my pizzas with his BARE HANDS! So I asked if that was the standard, especially after I had seen him handle money with no type of washing hands in-between. He said yes, so of course, I'll reach out to HR and possibly file an OSHA complaint because the people of new Braunfels deserve better, honestly. It's a shame the owner doesn't pay attention to these reviews, I feel a lot can be learned from the communities' opinions.
Side note, the person who initially greeted me upon walking in very possibly identifies as something else. "I didn't ask pronouns," but this person had a way to short mini skirt on that caught me off guard to where I had to double take at all the male employees and confirm if that's in fact their standard at mod pizza.. Hey, I'm all for everyone's rights to do what they want, but I'm also a firm believer that there is a time and a place for it. This person's attire was atrocious, to say the least, clean it up. You're around food for crying out loud, I've never been to MOD pizza, and I plan to never go back. I'd give a negative 5 stars if it let me, I hope some audits will clean this place of its filth. If I had to describe this location in one word, it would be deplorable 👎🏼👎🏼

Asked for extra pepperoni and they didnt put any on it at all! Out of all the ingredients to miss the one thats extra isnt the one to do it for. like what are you all doing?? Missing ingredients on all THREE of our pizzas. Had three chances to get one right and couldnt. Dont bother ordering here if you want what you ordered. Pizzas are also cold. They didnt really even bother melting the cheese.

Cons - Staff wasn't very friendly, for whatever reason, two of three pizzas ordered were burnt, no condiments are ever available for customers in dining area...must ask for them from staff, and like I said...they were not friendly and acted like it was a bother to them. Been visiting this location for 2+ years...issues happening more often than not. I probably won't be visiting this location again anytime soon. Pros - food was prepared in timely fashion, didn't get sick...

Came for lunch with Co workers and as always the food is delicious and well cooked. The staff is absolutely wonderful and kind. The awesome lady that took my order was so kind abd mindful to even cut my Vegan pizza with a clean cutter and changed gloves. Thabk you so kindly for your continuous professionalism.

It was a new experience for me, pizza was just alright, seemed the inside of the pizza was a little under cooked… I liked the toppings set up…. I plan on giving it bigger opportunity

Music is way too loud for the quiet person working here to take orders. He talks way too low and had low energy. He was also nosey and asked me why I wanted cauliflower crusted pizza. I had to tell him because I want to try it. Why does that matter. He rushed me through the toppings and I regret even coming here today. I won't be coming to this location in the future.
After a full day at the waterpark. Pizza was the answer. This location was staffed very well and the service was excellent. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. We love MOD at home but they really did an amazing job here.

This is our favorite pizza place because everyone can get all they want or as little as they want on their pizza. The mod size pizza is so much food I always have 2 meals for the price of one.
Vegetarian options: You can get all the veggies you want there is an awesome selection of veggies.
Dietary restrictions: Since each person chooses their own pizza toppings, you get as little or as much as your diet allows.
Parking: Parking is an endless lot of off street parking
Kid-friendliness: My grandkids love it because they get to pick their own toppings.
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible and tables labeled for wheelchair height.
