The place has a casual pleasant feel. That's all I can say that is favorable. The service was extremely poor on a Friday night at 8pm during the Christmas tree lighting. No less than 4 waitresses were chatting up the bar keep and drinking Red Bull while all the tables were not being served. Customers had to do walk up service. Drinks were run of the mill. It's a piano bar so the music started about 8:39pm which is about the time our drinks arrived. I don't know if the band was 9 minutes late or 21 minutes early? Just an odd time. I feel like the place could be really fun but just poorly managed on a Friday evening during a holiday event downtown.

If you're lookin for a nice piano bar to sing along to some of the most classic songs, then this is the place you've been looking for. They have quite a large beer selection and despite how crowded it'll get on Friday and Saturday nights, I've never had to wait at the bar for more than 3 minutes to get a drink. If you're wanting a more laid back atmosphere, check it out during one of the week days as it might be a bit much for some folks during peak times. There's a courtyard out back if you need to get some air or just need to have a quick cig as well as two pool tables in the back. Definitely a good place to stop in during a bar crawl.

The most fun I've had in bar in a long time. Friday & Saturday night Rock and Roll Sing Along show is awesome. Live Band Karaoke on Thursday has to be awesome as well. They do not serve food but allow you to bring food in. I can recommend the pizza rolls from Calahans next door

Was on a girls' trip in New Braunfels, and one of the ladies who was along had other friends going there and invited us to meet them there. When we arrived, the whole place was singing along with the piano player and two other band members. You can request any song, and they will play it. It was a super upbeat atmosphere, and we had a blast!! Highly recommend this place for a fun and rowdy night life experience!

Such a blast! We went on a Friday for my 40th Birthday as our ending spot on a bar crawl and what a great time! Not only was the service good, the talent was awesome and so interactive with the audience! We walked in decked out in 80's gear and they announced us, it was hilarious! The crowd was friendly and music was great, it was exactly the good time I was hoping for! We will for sure be back again!

Honestly, I had such a blast at this bar! Never been to a bar where you request songs and someone else sings them and it was a good time! My drinks were good, the server was great, and the atmosphere was on point. I would have given 5 stars, but after seeing sooooo many people complain about being overcharged and getting cards lost, it makes me nervous to trust them. I would like to go back, but I'll probably have to go out of my way to get cash first for my own piece of mind.
