They got the order partially wrong and I caught the person making another mistake. If you customize your order - you need to pay attention. The service was also VERY slow and the place was just about empty. We waited 30 minutes for sandwiches and smoothies (which came much later after the sandwiches were cold) when there were only 2 tables of people at the place and at least 3 people on staff that we saw.

Horribly underfed when I left. $41 for 2 for lunch and still hungry? Unacceptable.

Sandwiches here are always great! I recommend the half Sandwich with a soup and some chips! Great stop for brunch and small dinner dates.Parking: There are lots on both sides of the building, just have to walk a few to get there.
Used to love to come here for lunch with co workers. I came today to wait 20 plus minutes for 2 sandwiches. I ordered before coming to pick up. To get this sad sandwich with no kind of meat and pay $30 plus. It's not worth it at all, promise this was never like this before. Don't know what's happening but will not come back again. Used to have more meat now its a rip off. I'm heartbroken as I loved there food.

Went here for lunch while visiting my mom, and loved it! We were looking for fresh, healthy options & lucked out ? Set in a charming area called Gruene Lake Village, this spot really adds to the Hallmark-movie-vibes of the surrounding community. Having grown up in New Braunfels, it’s nice to return and see a few sweet spots like Naturally Cafe ☕️ The staff was amazingly kind & laidback, which is always a plus! Also, the place is loaded with books to grab off the shelves & read while you wait ? Will return.

The vegetarian panini was the best sandwich I have had, in my short life…was it worth 12+ dollars? Yes, absolutely. 10/10

Was so excited to try this place on a road trip as they seemed to have good vegan options. I ordered a coffee, juice and vegan wrap to go. The coffee and juice were good, my wrap was not vegan, even though I triple checked upon ordering, it contained dairy cheese and I had to toss it. I didn't bother to try to get a refund as I was already an hour away but would caution any vegans to check their order before leaving this place.

The staff warned that they don’t really make any effort to avoid cross-contamination. That is bad form, since they advertise gluten free options (crustless quiche, gf bread for sandwiches). The ‘sandwich’ was terrible- cold, thick, crumbly GF bread about 3x5 or 6 inches, so it is very small. It was also Flavorless and dry. I asked if they could toast or at least warm the bread without cross-contamination, and they said no. If they invested $15. in a panini press that was dedicated GF, perhaps their GF sandwiches would be edible. The ‘side’ was 3 thinnish cucumber slices and 4 tiny baby carrots (the ones that are chemically rounded). I recommend you avoid this restaurant if you are gluten free. No real options that are palatable. Maybe their crustless quiche is okay, but certainly not their sandwiches. They really should not even advertise GF bread if they cannot make a decent sandwich with it. Also, they forgot to put the included avocado on my sandwich, so I had to ask for that. Even then, the sandwich was of inferior quality. It was only ‘edible’ since I was so hungry. Never again will I go there.

Naturally is a cherished staple for me and my family. Never been disappointed by a sandwich here. Staff is awesome. Mike is a super hands-on owner. New Braunfels is fortunate to have a place with character and heart like this.
Good food for lunch but a bit underwhelming. Bakery goods were excellent. Most likely won't return.

Hands down, will say that this is the best (and probably one of the only) sandwich & soup places in New Braunfels. It's extremely difficult to find healthy food in NB, I would have to drive San Antonio or Austin for a good sandwich. So glad my friend recommended this place to me because the sandwiches, soups, and salads here are delicious and best part I feel healthy eating here. It's a family owned business and is only opened on the weekdays. You can place orders for pick or dine in. They have a variety of healthy dishes to choose from and they also have smoothies. Great place to visit during lunch, inside is roomy and plenty of seating. Parking is also located directly adjacent to the restaurant and is also within the Grieve Village Shops. Highly recommend!
