After visiting two other craft brewing establishments in New Braunfels, with disappointing results, we visited New Braunfels Brewing Company (across the street from McAdoo’s). We were pleasantly surprised. They have 14 different beer selections all brewed on-site. We sampled most of them, and each one was delicious. It took me way to long to find my way in this brewery. Small taproom but very welcoming with amazing woodwork inside. Bartender had a big smile and couldn't have been more friendly. I would call most of the beers on the list intermediate to expert level, a sort of beer connoisseur style offering but most should be able to find something they like. I had the topic of hopricorn and it was delicious. Would recommend to anyone visiting downtown NB.

We were able to taste everything on tap, plus the bartender gave us samples of their beers that were in bottles.
I enjoyed all the beers, especially the pickle sour and the Belgian Tripel.
Definitely check this place out!
