Ohana Poke & Sushi Burrito

10/10 service from all 3 employees working on Friday 7/24 during dinner time. Walked in and ended up behind a line of 9 ppl and they still got to me and my group within 5-6 min. Bowls were amazing and everything tasted awesome.

Will definitely be coming back again very soon!!!

Giant poke bowl full of all your favorite toppings. Have had poke bowls in Dallas, Phoenix, Hawaii, Miami…. And this one is one of the best. All fresh ingredients and even great suggestions from the staff on what to add.

Dead fly in my bowl and owner doesn’t do refunds. I was offered a remake, but I don’t live nearby so I just wanted a simple refund.

Server standing outside food prep area upon arriving on phone, proceeded to enter prep area without washing hands. Decided not to say anything since they typically put on gloves. She proceeded to open a new pack of gloves from a plastic bag and shoves them into the box. She then LICKS HER FINGERS TO GET THE GLOVES LOOSE/OUT while grabbing them from the finger portion which will be used to touch my food and the food in the service bar. I politely asked her to please wash her hands and dispose of the gloves since they definitively had her slobber on them. She pretended not to hear me, so I spoke louder, which clearly upset and embarrassed her. She did go wash her hands and got a new set of gloves after this, but proceeded to serve with attitude and purposefully gave me partial portions. She put only enough rice to cover half of the bottom of the bowl and made sure to shake out sushi from the scoop to ensure it was about half a scoop only, if that. After ensuring she gave me tiny amounts of everything, such as literally 3 pieces of pickled onion, she proceeds to grab as much cilantro as she can and dumps it into my bowl. When it came to the sauce, I did ask for more since she decided to only squeeze a couple of thin lines out into a small corner of the bowl (way less than half the bowl). She wasn’t even trying to hide the fact that she was being vengeful because I said something about her disgusting behavior. Since I happen to love cilantro, and don’t usually finish the entire bowl, it wasn’t worth it to me to say anything about the portions. The servers here usually have poor hygiene practices (like eating food with their hands and going to serve without washing) or grab food out of the trays with their (gloved) hands, rather than using the tongs/scoops and do not care at all about cross contamination (grab shrimp and use the same gloved hand in other meat and topping trays), but to LICK your fingers and think that is at all appropriate is just beyond comprehension.

The food was fresh and tasty, lots of toppings and options. The service was okay, pretty quick overall. Cute place with seating for large groups or small. Love the decor. Had both board games and a couple arcade style games that take tokens, plus a large TV. Restrooms were clean and stocked.

This place was awesome! We arrived and I had no clue what I wanted. My group really likes poke but I’ve only had it a few times so I really don't know what I like and they were really nice and let me sample the sauces and ask a billion questions. We sat down and my 3 year old decided he did not want poke, he wanted chicken soup and they made him that and brought it out to us. They were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Delicious, fresh, fast service, and they have a menu for the littlest that consist of popcorn chicken, fries and dumplings. It was perfect!

Got Ohana with my boyfriend last night and now we are glued to the toilet excreting nothing but liquid. Definitely won’t be going back. Still love the food but it’s not worth the pain of food poisoning again.
