I never have a bad experience at this location! Jackson the manager never fails to have an uplifting attitude, and really goes the second mile with customer service. This on the grind location has my loyalty forever!
He replaced a bad drink we had received from a different location without question, and made it right! We so appreciated this. This experience makes me want to return to this OTG again and again.

Don’t go to this place and the young employees are rude and we waited for 30 to 45 minutes at the walk up window and no one was in drive thur and the manager is is just disgrace me and laugh in my face and he took up for his employees and was just disrespectful I have never had a customer service is bad as this place Someone needs to teach them customer service and how to treat their customers

Love this location. Been coming for years. I got the energy singers blood. Not a fan, super syrup, there wasnt much taste any energy base. The concept is great, needs something. Over all love the other stuff
