This is the second time that someing absolutely disgusting happend. Before they had giving me a blinded drink(caramelo? Unsure how to spell it) and the mix was sour like the chocolate milk was bad or it got hot at some point they made me a different drink but didnt seem to worried about it. This time today there was a young man cashiering and a you dirty blond light brown lady making shots i was handed my coffee and as go to leave shes bangs the shot ground out whips it on a rag that covered in ground and starts staking another shot there is 100% chance it was dirty still. I called because I had groceries in the trunk from heb and they did not answer at all even with 4 or 5 ppl there. It was about today 12/3/25 @ about 8:51 to 9:05 am

Always greeted with the sweetest people and my coffee is always good. My only concern is we went tonight around 7 and they were cleaning with what smelled like Fabuloso. It was so strong with our window down it was making me cough. It’s 20 minutes later and our truck still smells like it. I’m very happy it’s clean but it was just so strong!

This is actually my first time coming here, I expressed greatly that I wanted a decaf due to my health condition. I understand how dumb it sounds to go to a coffee shop but I can have decaf and be fine. They got my husbands order wrong but it wasn’t a huge deal he just wanted it blended not iced. Got home and realized half way into drinking the coffee it was NOT decaf. We were the only car there so I can’t imagine they were rushed.

Amazing coffee, super sweet employees and if you go on the first Tuesday of each month and ask for this months sicker, they give you a free sticker (for all my sticker collectors). Great place to get your morning coffee!

We are an OTG family all the way. We enjoy going to each location for coffee and kids' smoothies. The Walnut location is extra special because of our favorite barista, Mia. We may be partial to her, but she is friendly and rocks a smile at each visit!!
