I wasnât going to post this, but I havenât heard a word from any sort of management on the matter.
Iâm a repeat customer. Been getting my Hazelnut Fraps here since their beginning. Went in two weeks ago with the SAME order. One 24 oz Hazelnut Frap, One 24 Hazelnut Frap 1/2 Caff. Pretty simple order. They handed me my drinks, I left. I got down the street, realized they didnât mark which was which. The 1/2 caff was for my teen daughter so it was important to me that she got the 1/2 caff. I called, they admitted they didnât mark them and told me to return to remake the order. Sure, no problem. So I did. I waited until I came in to toss out the other two to show I wasnât trying to double down on anything. So one was made. I stood there for a second and finally the lady in the window was rude as hell as she told me she wasnât remaking both of them because âonly the half caff was messed upâ. WaitâŠwhat??? So I told her, âcome look this trash and tell me which one was half caff. You cant can you? So no, you owe me the two new drinks you told me to turn around for or you owe me my money backâ. Finally some guy tossed a drink on the counter knowing this wasnât at all what I ordered. The lady in the window started yelling that she was 17 and âyouâre just gonna talk to a kid like that.â
Like what exactly? I paid for my order, I want my order or I want my money back. Thatâs how this works. Iâm sorry that hurt your feelings.
Itâs sad to say, I will not be returning ever again. I went from a daily customer who buys multiple drinks per day, to 0. NEVER had an issue with this place. This particular employee has always been pretty rude, but Iâve been fortunate enough to avoid her until that day.

Horrible cheap drip coffee that literally tastes like watered down Folgers. Iâm severely dissatisfied, Iâve literally had better gas station coffee. How the hell does this place have so many good reviews???

I recommend On the Grind for their frozen Ripper and Sandlot! They are amazing!! But, I tried a peach tea today and I asked for sugar free!! I said sugar free 3 times. When I got the tea and took the first sipâŠ.. I could tell it was not sugar free. I asked them if it was sugar free and another girl came from the back and said we used unsweetened tea but when you add flavors, they are sweetened. It was so sweet, I could not drink it! So, just so everyone knows, sugar free doesnât always mean sugar free.
I love OTG!!! The employees always have a great attitude and are super friendly. Their specials keep you coming back. I love that they have pup cups for my dog. Overall my favorite coffee stop in Schertz!

I was extremely happy about the interaction I had with the tall blonde young lady that served me today and the dark-haired woman behind her. They provided a very enjoyable interaction. Lots of smiles. Lots of engagement. Needless to say I was happy and I encourage people to go to this particular on the grind
