We walked into Orange Leaf in New Braunfels just 5 minutes before closing (literally 8:55 PM), and instead of rushing us out, Mary Beth welcomed us in with open arms! She was beyond helpful, kind, and just a total blessing. She offered everyone water, helped us with our yogurt, and made the whole experience feel like a treat—not just the froyo! Her energy, patience, and hospitality were next level. It wasn’t just dessert—it was a full vibe. We love love love the service here, and Mary Beth made it unforgettable! Thank you!!

Super casual, family run atmosphere, we came in and Arianna & her son were super helpful & attentive. We were incredibly impressed by the son's professionalism & felt obligated to leave a tip for him. He was kind, well spoken & mannered.. this is when the mother sheepishly told us that he's not always so well behaved & explained a prior situation just this evening... i can't speak on that, but i can speak on our situation...Which was an absolute pleasure. you don't find many family owned and operated businesses anymore. This one is an absolute gem that we will be frequenting.

My husband and I brought our two young sons to get icecream. The worker/shop were so unprofessional. The lady was so loud and was on her phone watching a very loud video. We could hear it all the way from the back. The other worker there looked to be her son. While there the young boy was cursing loudly speaking to her in front of my small children. I said something to her and she got very defensive with an attitude. I told her I am there to enjoy icecream with my family while her and her son are so loud, unprofessional and speaking in such bad language. She said she was the manager and the owner of the place and did say that was her son who was ringing customers up which he is not employed by the business. The way she spoke to me in front of my family was very disrespectful. She started tearing up telling me she is a single mom trying to make ends meet. That is not my business nor do I care. She should not allow her son behind the counter cursing in front of families. What a horrible establishment. They should be embarrassed.

Had a dreamsicle shake with a little pineapple. Very tasty and refreshing. Owner was awesome. Nice little place with plenty of comfy seating, and tons of options.
I brought in my 5 yr old for some froyo and right after our purchase her froyo fell over all over the floor; Mary Beth couldn’t have been sweeter about the entire situation. She quickly helped her to get her a new one and remembered all her toppings! It was so sweet and we will sure to be coming in more often after such a sweet experience!
