Walked in at 8pm(closes 9pm) lady was visibly upset customers had walked in and before we even served ourselves told us in a rude tone she had just "sanitized", was just following and watching us like kids, then completely lost it because I drained watered yogurt from machine, then angrily grabbed tray and stated the yogurt was VERY expensive as she was the owner of the business, ok sure(l offered to pay extra cups if it was such a big problem) its supposed to be frozen yogurt not watered yogurt then tried lecturing us about how to use yogurt levers, went as far as to accuse my 1yr old(who couldn't reach levers) of pulling yogurt lever, absolutely terrible customer service, seriously don't know how they’re in business with an owner that’s not very smart and has ZERO customer skills, and on top of that the "very expensive yogurt" tasted old and expired, I might have expected this from a regular employee but not the owner, honestly don't waste your money here having so many great options in NB

I normally just drive the kids for their after practice froyos here. Today, I decided to get some for myself too. Tried the taro, pistachio and cookies and cream flavors with a little sprinkling of pink and yellow boba. Loved all 3 flavors. However, the taro and the cookies n cream were the clear winners for me.and the boba was fun to pop. Service is always friendly. The owner is super sweet and nice. We have never had a bad experience here and the place is always spotless.

Pretty disappointed in the staff. Arrived at noon when they open and I saw the woman inside but she has yet to unlock the door. It is currently 12:10. The yelp hours state closed on Monday however their hours outside of the door say 12-8pm on Monday. Also, Google says open Mondays. My girls and I are Just sitting out here as the employee appears to be hiding in the back now. A gentleman and his son were also waiting and have since decided to just leave. This is absolutely ridiculous service. Why she's in the back hiding instead of unlocking the door? Couldn't tell you.

The lady helping us was incredibly nice and funny!! Overall the service was incredible and the options were great. Going in the energy was spectacular and welcoming.

Need to change hours online. Just got my frozen yogurt at 7:59 but the large group after me wasn't allowed to come in at 8:05. Loss of a lot of money and good will for this business.

Went in Saturday night at almost closing time, place was packed but still very clean. Lady working register was so sweet and friendly. Packed everything for me to take home without me even asking. Definitely will go back!!

We used to love going here but the last three times in a row it's been closed outside of their posted hours. One time they were still there but said they "were going home because it's Mother's Day". All good, but just post the hours, even if it's only on the door. The last time I we attempted to go to this location and it was closed, we called the one off 35 and they were still open! We made the extra 20 min drive that time but it's a bit too far to go to that one regularly. We also don't like the newer rules about sampling only one flavor and to make matters worse, they have to get it for you, which makes one feel like an untrustworthy child. Owner says it's because some kids caused problems but my stance is as a business owner you take the good with the bad and shouldn't punish the whole for a few. My husband even had to have sprinkles put on his yogurt by the owner because she didn't want a mess on the floor. Stinks because we are local and wanted to support local businesses but prefer businesses that appreciate where we choose to spend our money and keep consistent hours we can depend on. Hopefully this review brings some changes so we can enjoy it again.
