It's a good place to just chillax for a little bit and get some snacks that's all services is whatever people are people right wouldn't hurt for people to be more happy but it is what it is

The ice cream in the mangonada was not good. Just tasted like plain sugar and a slight hint of mango. Really didn’t like it

Had jicama on menu but none inside the place.

I wasn’t sure where to place an order as there were 3 people working but no one said hello or how can I help so I just stood there for several minutes. $7.78 for a medium vanilla milkshake? I should’ve gone across the street to BK and ordered the same for $3.96! Unfortunately the shake tasted watered down so I threw it away. I was hoping for better since it’s a small business and I like to give them a chance. Unfortunately I will not be back as service is sub par and prices are too high.

The store doesn't set a tone of 'please come in and sit' the music is so loud we could not speak to one another without raising our voices. The service was fair, not great. The person who served us, didn't seem happy to be there, but who knows, maybe the RBF was natural. I get it. I was born w mine too, except I can turn it off when I'm at work and need to be professional. My daughter is too young to use the restroom by herself, and walking out of there, I felt dirtier than when we walked in. I have my own place, when I know I am having people come thru, I make more than sure the restroom is clean and there will be soap to wash hands with. Whoever owns this place ought to have some pride in their place. From the toilet to the front door. Our family is not rushing back. The prices on some shaved ice and flavor didn't make a lot of sense. Especially when the atmosphere was so cheap.

Today we say goodbye to this paleteria that we came to several times a week for its ice creams and the waters leave a lot to be desired. Not only has the service changed, but they reduced the sizes of the snows, they eliminated the large containers and now they charge you more for the large floppy case, and give you less. It's a shame, I had already heard from several friends that they stopped going, but today I checked the changes. We can no longer recommend it any more. A simple sherbet costs 11.41

Wow, seriously, I can try everything from this place and likely order it again. Great snacks, legit aguas frescas, soo many flavors of ice cream and paletas. This will definitely become a regular spot for us when we're in the area.
