Credit to the management tonight. With multiple call ins making staff tight the manager was very apologetic and did everything to make a difficult situation better. She had no staff to deliver orders. I appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to make sure I knew this was not a normal night. Kudos to her. I didn’t get her name but she is great.

Pizza was terrible! The dough was way undercooked, and the crust was basically still raw on the inside. For $20 for 1 pizza I'd expect premium pizza but tasted like overpriced Little Ceasars. I'll steer elsewhere from here on out.

I ordered a hawaiian pizza and it was the worst one I had ever had. It had maybe about 10 or so pieces of pineapple on some tomato sauce and cheese and they called it a hawaiian pizza. I would not get another pizza from them and would encourage anyone considering to get a pizza from them to check out others first.

I have always been a fan of Papa Johns pizza and was glad to see they open a store on 337 Loop. I ordered my pizza at 6pm on Sunday and instantly it showed it would take a hour to arrive. I received an update around arrival time that it would take another 40 minutes. I received my pizza 2 hours after I ordered it and it was luke warm at best. Not the way I would expect from Papa Johns....very disappointed.

This store sucks at making pizza, sauce and toppings are 2 1/2 inches from edge of crust. The other store sells a lot better pizza. Pizza delivery said 30-40 min. , it took over an hour.

The papa Johns on loop 337 is clean. They also have friendly staff and fast service. Every time I receive delivery it is hot and fresh pizza. My favorite is to get the original bread sticks with cheese sauce.
I ordered a New York style pizza from Papa John's pizza really good correct toppings and extra sauce & cheese no other toppings. I just wanted the cheese. Extra garlic butter for dipping and I had leftovers for baseball games next Saturday.

I'm sorry as I know Pizza is subjective, but seriously this was the worst Pizza I have had maybe ever. Its all bread. The sauce has good flavor to me, but the ingredients were just super light and it just was not very good. Sorry Papa John. Just revise and charge more if need be, but this was really bad.

This place is awesome... if you like hair in your pizza. Ordered a couple of pizzas, received, began to eat, and there it was a little black hair, mmmmmmm, so good. I disregarded and turned to the other pizza, and then, mmmmm, the topping that keeps giving. Called the manager, who was nice, and he didn't charge me.. so gabage pizza, good customer service.
