Don't order from here Ordered food 3 days ago for delivery they took my money and never delivered my food so I called i could hear the manager talking about me to the gm she told me to call him the next day she said his name Is Chris so I called this morning at 10 like she said. He said he would refund my money on my card i will get it as soon as he put it in okay cool but I never seen the money then I call when I get off work and I explained again who I was to the manager she said I will take care of it give you a refund so I gave her my card number and she said it will be on there today. Well im looking at my account still nothing so I called back and a lady answered and told me oh 3-5 business days well I could hear the manager Star in the backyard yes 3-5 business days. Totally unprofessional and ripp offs do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

We ordered 3 pizzas for around $50, but were HIGHLY disappointed. The flavor was lacking, the stuffed crust was thin and had a hard section before you got to the cheese. There was also HAIR IN THE CRUST! We will not be ordering from here again.

Placing an order for pick up or carry out is absolutely dreadful. We try to make substitutions in our order and get told we are not allowed to do that it has to be ordered as is and we would have to order a whole new pizza even though, on the website it specifically says we can substitute. When we ask to speak to the store they block our number and hang up.

The manager CHRIS is very rude he hung up on me in the middle of a conversation trying to handle an issue with me getting my order 2 HOURS LATE then on top of that part of my order was missing

Ate inside for the first time ever and had a very pleasant experience! Star was our server and she was absolutely awesome!! Will definitely be returning 🥹♥️

I was on the road and needed something quick that was also good (and not too terribly expensive)...wings sounded perfect!! I was having a bad day but Melissa was super friendly, nice, and made me laugh. Wings also hit the spot 🎯 the sit down part of the restaurant is the classic Pizza Hut that us 90s kids grew up so the nostalgia is a plus. I will be coming back here when I'm in town.

Walked in , no one waited on me , they were busy at a drive through so I waited and young girl looked at me said nothing
a customer told me I needed to go to the other side to order I said oh ok thank you
Well then I told her and she got it no.problem.had to.use the bathroom and man the first stall it was not very clean the toilet had bright yellow pee in it 🤮 & it wouldn't flush so I stuck my hand in the tank and pulled the flapper doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out
( Sure hope this matter gets resolved I'm a paying customer I'm not paid to fix toilets but if I were i.would offer a quote with a figure

The bathrooms were so gross with poop and dirt on them. Service was slow and unapologetic about the experience for our family. Food is what you would expect out of a place like this.

The staff was GREAT especially ROCKIN' RONNIE!!! So friendly and Rockin' Ronnie went out of his way to not only take care of us and the other table that was enjoying their dinner, but he was also going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable AND taken care of! Good food but even better staff! Everyone was working hard and making sure the customer were happy! THANKS ROCKIN' RONNIE!

Melissa is always SOOOO helpful and pleasant.....especially when I'm the one who goofed up an order. She took immediate action and got my order right! Thank you Melissa for always being so kind!

Today we went to eat pizza and wings, they were really good 😊👌🏼❤️
The people there are so nice and friendly they gave us an excellent attention!

Here we go again, another big pizza franchise that can't get their act together. I intentionally arrived 5 minutes late so there wouldn't be any issues, needles to say my order still wasn't ready after being 12 minutes late. So I left without my order, do better Ayvaz.This is how you lose customers, Roundtable pizza for me tonight
