So sad to have this experience, this is now the second time I have tried this location and the pizza has been inedible. I tried a few months ago and tried it again yesterday. My pizza had a terrible flavor and was raw in the middle and fell apart. I love pizza hut but this location is terrible :(

Waited an hour and a half to call them and find out they didn’t have any drivers and were told that it was on the way to us. Waited another hour and then called again just to cancel. Like the lease you could do is call the customer and let them know what’s happening with their $50 order.

I placed an order at 6:04 that said it would be delivered by 6:37. I called the store at 6:45 when the tracker still didn’t show the order being prepared. I selected the option for “concerned about order” and the phone rang four times and then hung up. I called back and selected the option for “place an order” and someone answered but was not friendly. He told me the wait was now an hour but they would prioritize my order.

The worst part is when the food was finally delivered at 7:44 it was barely warm and had been sitting a while.

Usually great but Probably short handed, the poor girl was trying to clean the store to prepare for closing by herself with tears in her eyes. Management needs to do better to get extra help or go in to help as well. Order was wrong but I didn’t want to ask the poor girl to fix it as she was just trying to hold it together. Give that girl a raise, she stayed at work solo when most people would have quit.

Even though the store was busy when I visited, the service was top-notch! The guy who helped me was incredibly kind and kept a smile on his face the whole time. It's not easy to stay positive when you're swamped, but he pulled it off. Seriously impressed with the great customer service! Thank you :)

Luckily I didn’t pay over the phone because I ended up leaving without my pizza. I ordered 30 minutes before I even came in. I waited in line for over 10 minutes and didn’t even get to talk to anyone. Seems to be understaffed. The guy upfront kept saying it was a rough day and they are behind.
Would have waited longer if they would have at least helped a few people in front of me. He just kept putting pizzas in the warmer without saying anyone’s name.

Ordered online and never received news or update about order after 1 hour. I started to call location numerous times, but there was no answer. Finally, I called a different department to get someone to pick up the phone just to be transferred to the store for them to answer the phone. just to find out that all online orders had been canceled.

Placed an order online for pickup drove all the way to the store only to be told we are not making pizza we don’t have enough staff. So they couldn’t call to tell us before we waited for it to be done and wasted time driving over? Why are they taking online orders?

Cancelled our order claiming no workers, we had arrived fo pickup because we didn't check our phone while driving. We then witnessed someone else pick up their order. This feels like straight discrimination
