They have a central answering service for orders and I was sent to the wrong location despite me clarifying the location to pick up the pizza. Fortunately the manager understood since this was not the first time this has happened. She even gave me a discount. I felt bad having food wasted. But I am glad she was so understanding and I hope the stores General / Regional managers see this and make corrections to their ordering system.

Worst pizza ordering experience ever. It took 13 minutes to finally get a human from the actual store on the phone who then put me on hold 3 times without warning because she got my number wrong and told me it was because I was mumbling. I reminded her I was not mumbling I told her to cancel my order and she hung up on me. Brianna I believe was her name. The moment she hung up I got a text that my pizza was out for delivery. All I wanted to do was edit my order to a larger pizza. It would have been a win win for everyone. Our card was charged and now my husband has to go to the store to cancel the order and get our money back. Oh and to top it off they tried to deliver the order after I told her to cancel it.
