First and last time here. Al Pastor nachos Togo. Al Pastor tasted old or leftover. Queso was definitely the big can kind served at little league parks. Presentation was good. Lots of chips, jalapeños, crema, beans okay. Guacamole was the star of meal.

Order was way wrong. I know we should have checked our receipt before we left, but damn how hard is it when you tell the lady behind the register 3 TIMES IN SPANISH and she still gets it wrong. You ask what something is in the picture and all 5 tacos are that very thing only! Pollo Regio has great tasting food BUT damn. Not sure I’ll be back to location unless someone reaches out. Hell they didn’t get the beans right, Charro instead Refried that is pictured. Just poor all the way around

Really good experience at Pollo Regio. The chicken was delicious, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The sides were great, and the service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend! A simple menu, but really good food. The roasted chicken is great, and the beans are excellent. Complimentary chips are hot and fresh, and the salsa bar added the perfect touch to everything. Very authentic. We will definitely go back!
Absolutely delicious every time! Pollo Regio never misses. the chicken is always juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly and nicely portioned. The sides are fresh, the free chips and salsas are🔥(my favorite is the green avocado) ... Staff is friendly and service is quick, even when they’re busy. Highly recommend! And if you come by and Mariana is working expect top tier service. She is awesome.

Plenty's of space to sit down even though there's a lot of people during lunch time. The chicken is really good. I've only tried the original so far. Will probably try BBQ next. The salsa's are really good and the chips are not stale at all. Highly recommend!!!
