Well I have been going there for awhile now,but idk what happened with Johnathan he was a manager I think,,but he was the sweetest most welcoming person to work their ! Was always so nice! He already new what I wanted! I literally would go every single day to buy my asada fries!! Literally spend 100$ a week! But I have gone and that manager thats there is so rude he's chubby he's awful!!!! Never tries to welcome you he don't even smile!!! But I will never go again! I went today and today will be my last day!!!! Won't ever give you all my money again!!!!!!

Try this place! We drove 46 miles to get here because we love the chicken. Such great grilled chicken. Recommend eating inside so you can take advantage of the great free toppings such as fresh cut limes, pico de gallo, cabbage with jalapeños, pickled onions with a habanero for a little kick. The packaging is a bit strange, but traditional.

AT THIS PLACE I KNOW IT WAS GOING TO BE BAD BECAUSE I WAS THE ONLY PERSON INSIDE AND NO CARS OUTSIDE $20 for a half chicken combo?? thank god I’m only working few weeks they need to go to Southern California and learn how to cook real good chicken. This place not good at all the rice was so hard bad place don’t go

This was our first time going to Pollo Regio’s. It was a bargain for how much food we got. We have a big family with a few teenage boys that have huge appetites. We got a #1 and some kids’ meals. We couldn’t finish all of our food. The portions were huge, the salsa and chip bar was delicious, the chicken was moist and seasoned perfectly, and the service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend Pollo Regio.
All the food we ordered was delicious! My son is very picky eater and he loved the chicken tenders and fries. One of my daughters ordered the baked potato with chicken and it was very flavorful. My other daughter ordered the chicken bowl and ate it all. My husband and I ordered taquitos al pastor and they were also very good! I highly recommend the food.
