Jeremiah was the absolutely the worst individual to portray an “employee”. Was short, rude, inconsiderate and aggressive the whole time. The food was cool to warm at best. This place needs a manager or close. Stay away unless you want attitude and salmonella in a box

Walked in to order my food a 6 piece bogo special that is on the app, I explained to the manager what I ordered and that I wanted the sauce on the side. She proceeded to not make my 6 piece the way I asked and gave me spicy wings. I returned my food and explained to her I asked for a BOGO with the sauce the side and responded rudely. This was a terrible experience and nothing was done for my inconvenience or transgressions.

Ordered online throughout the app at exactly 5:30 it is now 5:52. 6 people back in the kitchen and no one is working, just standing around talking about school. I have watched 10 plus people come in and just sit and wait. Terrible customer service. First time I have ever been to Popeyes and this will be my last. Terrible.
I did a door dash order and I specifically put no mayo for both sandwiches and when I got my food both sandwiches had mayo and I have tried calling to fix my order but no one is responding It's not the worst place but I mean come on read the order 😒

We love Popeyes. This location does not have great staff. We went through drive-through, and the wait time was well over 15 minutes from ordering at the first screen to the actual interaction with the young man at the widow. Well, he didn't speak at all other than to tell us the total. Won't be back. Took too long, and it cost too much to get mediocre food.

Was really looking forward for Popeyes Chicken and this place messed it up for me. I got a 12 pc family meal and only got wings for Chicken and biscuits tasted like fish.I asked for plates and utensils and had to wait several minutes after getting my order because there was no communication between employees that I needed that.Don't recommend going here, I know I'm not returning.
