Was prepared to give a 1 star, but they made up for it being more polite in the end. First day here I missed out because they are closing early every night for remodeling, so 9:00pm. Came back tonight and they were having a technical issue where they could not take orders (they had it almost all day). Wow. I do t know who the young man at the counter is tonight but he is a star! Give this kid a raise and let him train people! His attitude was spectacular. I ordered two of the $6.99 boxes at 8:42pm — he didn’t give me attitude, he was calm, he wasn’t overwhelmed by having to clean and box orders, and deal with the customers in line. He communicated when he was low on items, he said yes sir and no sir, and he was informative about the menu. This guy blew me away!! I wish...
I went a few days ago for a chicken sandwich. I was greeted by a young guy covered in tattoos. At a first glance I was expecting a horrible experience. Why? Because I judged a book by its cover. He greeted me and was helpful and courteous. Was also very friendly. My sandwich was super good as well. I had a wonderful experience. He even noticed my scooby do crocs. Thank you Mr. Fermin, and I'm sorry for being judgemental.
