Don't say you offer a service if you don't. This is particularly about the dog treat they say they offer when coming through drive thru. I have lived in New Braunfels for about 3 years and in the many many times I have gone through the drive thru, I have only received a dog treat for my pet once. Every other time they say they are out. When doing the drive thru tonight, i asked if they had any when ordering and the girl said yes, and even notified them about my car and needing one. When I arrived at the drive thru to pick up my order, you guessed it no treat and when I asked the girl where it was, she went to window and came back and said they were out. So if you can't keep them in stock, then just don't offer the service. Frustrating.

Very busy location...with 2 drive-thru lanes for taking orders. Meal was good and despite how busy they were...I got through the drive-thru quickly.

Usually when I go to this location the tenders are good , but there has been time that our tenders taste horrible and like old oil. Nothing worse than spending money on bad food.

It is a fine place to take your kids to eat, the problem is the rising prices that I can nolonger afford. I will nolonger come here to eat. Wake up people n pay attention.

I like going here. They are not blasting music in your face and some meals are shareable. All my nieces and nephews like to come here. My only reservation is the prices. They keep going up and charge quite a bit now for such an easy plate of food. You have to pay for the sauce because they don't give you enough, and the size of the chicken stripes is starting to look like chicken nuggets. Service is great though and the staff are quick getting food out.

Great tasting chicken tenders and the Cane's sauce is well known. The chicken is hot and juicy when it's served with a lite batter the way I prefer it. The only drawback for me is the canola oil they fry their food in. I prefer healthier options. But it's still great tasting chicken, and the service is great!

Worst canes in Texas. All 4 of my tenders were the width of my two fingers and as big as the cane sauce. Who ever owns this place needs to do something about this before they start loosing customers. If you’re going to sell your customers this size of “tenders” then change the name to chicken nuggets. And lower the price. This is absurd. False advertising, and scamming customers money. This size of chicken should be half the price. This is absurd for who ever is running this place. Not to mention, their service is terrible. They’re always forgetting the sauces we order, every single time despite charging us for them even tho we didn’t get them.

We ordered a 25 finger tailgate, a pan of fries, coleslaw, and a dozen toast for dinner tonight. The fries and toast were fine, however the chicken tenders had a burnt taste. It was clear that the grease was old and needed to be changed but wasn’t. It was so noticeable that even my 10 year old asked what was wrong with the chicken. Do yourself a favor and just don’t order the coleslaw. It is very bland and simply not good. I called to let them know about the issue with the chicken and was told by the manager on duty, “Thanks for letting us know.” That is the epitome of poor customer service after we just spent $80 for dinner.

Normally the food is great, hot and fresh. Today, we bought the Caniac, and it was missing a strip. Instead of 6 it was five. I just found out when I got home.
Every time we get food from this location they short us on something. The first time we were short 3 tenders out of 10, this time we asked for double fries and received about half of what it was supposed to have. Some supervisor needs to keep an eye on the kitchen staff and make sure they’re fulfilling orders properly.
