Was there today, extremely friendly staff and manager. Ricky took my order, very nice gentleman, food was hot and delicious, awesome, along with the service. Talked to manager (Chad) was impressed with the whole transaction. Highly recommend Raising Cane's to all ages!!!!!

This was my first time at the New Braunfels location, and the first thing I noticed is that you have to walk across the drive-thru lane to get to the door.
The customer service was great, and my order was ready in no time. I literally was putting my change in my wallet, and my food was already done. Compared to the Schertz location, New Braunfels chicken is not as tender, and the fries were not as seasoned but overall, good experience.
