I thought this was an espresso place or a juice place but it's an exercise place that says it offers drinks so I was disappointed I took my grandkids there because of the name I wanted them to go to a place that had such a good name

I came here with my friend because she liked the smoothie she got the first time made by an older woman. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a nice gentleman working and made great small talk. However, location is not the best, and the smoothies were icy with no flavor. I think a factor was maybe he was distracted talking to us, but one recommendation I would say is to better train the employees in making the smoothies and food. Prices are also high for the portion sizes and quality considering there’s a lot of other smoothie shops. We appreciate the customer service though and think it can be improved with better ingredients and training.

Heard they renovated and added food to their menu. I wanted to try their sandwiches, so I ordered two of the new ones. I enjoyed the chicken pesto and the Italian sandwich. I do wish there was a bit more pesto is the chicken pesto, but I didn’t feel the need to ask for more upon ordering. The Italian sandwich was also good, and it was nice because I am not a fan of tomatoes, so I was able to request the sandwich be made without them. Overall, it was a good experience.

If you are going for açaí bowls, they don’t have em here. They said they do and just put a smoothie inside a bowl and put some honey on top. Not an açaí bowl at all. I went straight to Fruition Fruit Blenz and they took care of it. Do not go to rise up for açaí. They’ll just put a watered down smoothie inside a bowl and give it to you with a spoon.

I am not sure if they are ever really open, have tried several times but the door is always locked and no one around. I am wondering if this is for the yoga studio and it is just being advertised as open to public....if there was a way to call them, I would.

Not the type to do this but this is my 5th time coming to this location when it says it’s open that it’s been closed. There is not really an easy contact method either to call and ask if their open and it’s super frustrating

I LOVE that I have RiseUp NBTX as an option when I visit New Braunfels! Everything I’ve tasted is delicious. I love their protein balls as a filling meal option along with their mixed superfood bowls. Their smoothies are out of this world! My whole family loves them! Definitely recommend! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I’ve attempted to go here multiple times during business hours, the door is always locked or there is no one behind the counter and no one to be found. Very disappointed.

Hours are not as posted. When I walk up to the door there is nothing but a hallway to a bathroom. No phone number to call.

Got here at 8:45 on a Monday and for some unknown reason the door is locked and no one answers the phone. Pretty upsetting. Don’t recommend coming unless you call and make sure someone is actually going to be here.

According to Google Maps, the business is open, but we showed up at 3pm on a Friday and it was closed. Very disappointing. Not even a phone number to call.

Absolutely delicious smoothie and fresh ingredients. Also, I accidentally left my debit card there and not long after I left, my bank was calling me to let me know that Abby at Rise Up had called and let them know I had left my card there. Abby, thank you for your honesty and being prompt to return my card! I will certainly be back.

Vegetarian options: Mostly plant based.
