Every item I've ordered here is fantastic. I'm not a fan of Rueben sandwiches, but they're a must here. Their brisket is simple and works with everything you add it to. A great breakfast, lunch, and dinner place.

The food was so good!! And the server was so kind, I saw him bring a bowl of water out for a dog that was outside. I asked for my sausage to be extra crispy and the delivered. They had salt and pepper out on every table and a bunch of butter and syrup and jellies to choose from when he brought out the pancakes!

Food was good. However, they got both orders, mine and my girlfriend’s wrong. Front house staff was not friendly. A lot of flies around the food. Table was sticky. This place has potential to be good but the worker’s are ruining the experience.

I have to say, Roost completely exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming but the real surprise came with the food. I ordered the Four Cheese Grilled Cheese and added a grilled tomato, which took the sandwich to a whole new level. The flavors blended perfectly rich, melty cheeses with that fresh, smoky tomato absolutely incredible. My wife had the Brisket Omelet, and it was just as impressive. You could taste the freshness and care in every bite.
What made the experience even better was the customer service. The staff wasn’t just doing their jobs — they were genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests. Their service matched the quality of the food, which is saying a lot because the food was top-tier.
It’s rare to find a place where everything hits the mark: flavor, freshness, atmosphere, and service. Roost nailed it across the board. We will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a meal that feels both comforting and elevated.

I came here for lunch with friends and we had a wonderful time. Several of us were unfamiliar with the menu and the manager brought us samples and was so helpful and welcoming and we all loved our lunches and cookies. This is a great breakfast spot too. Such a local treasure!

Me and my family came into town for a couple days, and found this hidden gem! We came for brunch and ordered the Texas breakfast and blueberry pancakes. The food was incredible and they have some of the best breakfast potato’s I’ve had! The workers were kind and would check on us and ask if we needed anything! We loved the food so much we had to come for dinner and get some chicken salad! We ordered the grape and apple chicken salad and strawberry cheesecake French toast, and it’s 10/10! Next time we’re in town we’ll be coming back to visit The Roost!
