Joe served us at the front and met every expectation a server should. He was very respectful, informative and cared about our dine in experience. Please let joe lead the service training, this is how it should be everytime to ensure customers are happy to return to the store. More like joe

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Roost is our new favorite sandwich place. The portions are huge, reasonably priced and so fresh and tasty. And Joe, our server, was friendly, personable and gave us great recommendations as it was our first time here. We will definitely come back often. I highly recommend!
