Roman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the menu and gave us a great recommendation for pizza. Made sure to greet everybody that came in and cleaned up while assisting others with any questions that they had. Kept the salad bar stocked with fresh ingredients and made sure to check in on all the tables to see if they needed anything else… He went above and beyond to give good customer service!

Haven't been to a Round Table in many years. I had the lunch special with a salad and a drink. My mom had the gluten free crust pizza, salad and a drink. Both pizzas were very good. The salad bar had many items that were all fresh. Rebekah took our order and checked on us. She was very friendly and always had a smile.

The owner of this establishment is not serious about running a Round Table Pizza.
I called to order a pizza for delivery. The young person took my order and I told her I'd pay cash. She said they dont take cash for deliveries. I said ok and gave them my CC info. She tells me my card is declined. I know that card is good and she tries again. Declined. She ask for a different card. I give it too, declined again.
This doesn't make sense. I question them about if other people can use cards at the business. I get out of her that they system sucks and does this. So now I've given them the info of 2 of my CCs for a pizza I wanted to pay cash for and because they have an un-serious credit card system i still can't get the pizza. While on the phone still with them I get alerts from my CCs that I'm being charged 14 times for the pizza.
At this point I ask for the manager. They dont have one. The teen i was dealing with was doing the best she could with the circumstances she was put in and I feel for her.
I really just wanted to stay home and have some pizza while I watched the game.
Thomas at the New Braunfels Round Table provided us with great service from order to delivery of hot delicious pizza and twists. Fast and friendly service.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing and definitely will be returning again. Blows Pizza Hut out of the water and nice to just sit down and eat the pizza fresh!

First visit to this location. Josie did a great job taking orders and serving people. Food came out faster than expected.
